Comfortable and clean

Room could have been warmer

The property is very clean, attractive, well kept up. The staff is super kind and accommodating. Dinning area/ bar is spacious and has an elegant decor.

We were put on third floor with no elevator. They did help with the luggage, but after hiking up all the stairs, my knees couldn’t take it. They were kind enough to move us, but then we were put almost right across from kitchen which could get really loud. One night there was a party in conference room so there was a lot of noise from it. It didn’t bother us since we went to sleep late. However, others may not like the loud music until 11PM. Food was OK. I had fish one night and have never been served such a small portion, maybe three slices, 2.5 inches by 1 inch for almost 20 pounds. They never came back to check on us after delivering food. Other than that incident, the service was good.

Warm, friendly hotel. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. 5 minutes walk to the town centre and 20 minutes walk to Fir Park for the football.

The coffee in the room, Nescafé basic is horrible. You should provide a decaf option, and there are several much better coffee sachets, like Gold Blend, Kenco and Trustart. Also more than one biscuit when there are two guests staying.

Breakfast was beautiful, cooked to perfection, staff were lovely and friendly, room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be that the room was cold on arrival as you need the key to activate the electricity and heating. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. Highly recommend and fantastic value for money

Staff friendly and hotel very clean.

Being offered and accepted an upgraded room prior to visit to arrive to be told not upgraded and not possible as hotel full. On departure the same receptionist told us thehotel was very quiet on the 2nd night and they could have swapped the room. The room was cold on arrival.
