Nice hotel great location the staff and food were fantastic.
Unfortunately, the noise from a function spoilt our stay. We were right opposite the events building. Even with our windows closed, it was like being in a disco. The music was blaring, and guests were talking, laughing and shouting outside until early hours of the morning. I appreciate there's mention of the possibility of some noise on the hotels information, which definitely wasn't kept to a minimum as suggested. If you want a peaceful stay then request a room in the main hotel.

Spacious room, very clean, good bathroom and great bath.
Lovely breakfast with very friendly staff.
Car parking free and next to site with hotel parking permit.
No air conditioning, restricted window openings and only a small fan would make it uncomfortable on a hot day/night.
Fortunately it is wasn't particularly hot that day.

my room was not due to being next to the restaurant toilet with the hand dryers on the other side of the wall. The shower was a tight fit and water pressure wasn’t great.

Staff was very pleasant. The town is beautiful. The tea, coffee and biscuits available in the room were a nice surprise. The shower was really good. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, as were the meals we ordered at the restaurant.
No cutlery in the room. Internet was acting up occasionally. The top shelf in the dresser looked like it had never been dusted. These are very minor inconveniences that do not affect my rating.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Tea and coffee making facilities. Newly decorated room and updated en-suite bathroom. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Bar has good selection of wines, beers and spirits.

Superior rooms not as described on website, no coffee maker, dressing gown etc. Overpriced shabby room not worth the price. Reception staff rude and unhelpful.

Very nice property
We had no electricity on the Sunday morning. Had to shower in the dark and hair and make up was done in the corridor with the cleaners. No apology from any off the staff members!!!!
