Room was good quality

The bathroom was poorly fitted and very low quality fittings - the opposite of the rest of the room.

Convenient.

Shower was not very hot, the drain was making loud noises & not 100% clean.

Room was so comfortable for all of us. Food was delicious. Staff were so kind and friendly. Really nice area. An extra cool thing was how you are trying to be more eco friendly by explaining the happy towel and you also had a recycling part to the bin. I appreciate that so much.

Good sized bed, decent room pretty standard, plenty of parking.

When we checked in we made sure with reception that the room service was 24HRS as we knew we’d want food when returning from an event that night. They assured us it was so we didn’t go buy any. When we got back and rang up for room service they told us the kitchen was closed, I said we had been promised it was 24HRS. The guy kind of sighed and said all they could make was a chicken avocado sandwich nothing else on the 24HR list. We went with that rather than go hungry and it was fine if a little messy because they didn’t cut it in half or provide cutlery for us to do so. We would happily have brought our own food with us but reception guaranteed room service was 24HRS as advertised so it was disappointing to then find different.

The room was neat and well organised . The breakfast was superb with friendly 👌 staffs.

There was no refrigerator in the room which was not too pleasant.

Good clean modern rooms quiet hotel. Secure parking . 30 mins on overland train to central London. Right on A2 easy to find

Check in was fine.

No pressure on the shower. Pillows are terrible. no comfort. Receptionist looked bored and uninviting. Got a call from another room when i was sleeping waking me up.

The room was big (booked Accessible on ground floor) and lovely big wet room. Plenty of towels. HUGE bed, 4 pillows wide.

Room wasn't touched when I went out so no milk, only 1 teabag, bins untouched, bed unmade. Asked for milk at reception & told there wasn't any so taken to Bar & given small pot of milk. Young barman then found 6 small pots. Did not agree with having to pay £7 per night to park in car park.
