Breakfast - I had an early flight and reception arranged for a breakfast pack for me. I was impressed with all the healthy goodies they packed for me. Room - The room was amazing, clean and convenient. I loved the presentation from my food to my drinks. The Gentleman at reception was so kind to book me an Uber driver to take me to the Gautrain station that morning and I was able to catch my flight on time.

A possible suggestion to have sanitary bins in the bathrooms.

The room was too small, smelly, neighbors were making noise, loud music also, refuse bin broken, facility was not value for money.

My room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I found bottle caps and coins on the floor. There was no toilet paper in the room so I had to request it. Airconditioning was not heating up correctly. But the maintenance personnel fixed it quickly.

The best thing about this place is the staff. They were very kind and helpful from the check-in process to the restaurant staff. The customer service is truly great.

The facilities are dated and in desperate need of maintenance. The rooms were dark compared to what is shown in the location pictures and look more dreary in person with some of the lights not working. The bedding was visibly lumpy upon arrival and there was a stain on the sheets and the room was generally unclean. The passage area also looked unclean with carpet stains. Some of the light fixtures were loose and one almost fell when I tried to adjust it. Their plumbing also requires maintenance as throughout the night, there was a very loud sound of running water even though I could hear from the adjoining room that the shower was not being used. That's also another thing - most of the rooms are adjoining but the staff does not warn you, nor do they warn you about how thin the walls are. The food was also generally not good - it was just bland and unappetising. Finally, the WiFi connection is completely unsecured such that my laptop refused to connect owing to the high security risk. Though I managed to connect on my phone, the connection was spotty and would intermittently disconnect. The room was so bad that though I booked and paid for two nights, I left the place after the first night owing to the discomfort.
