The staff was very friendly.

The room was not clean. There were still beard hair in the bathroom and everything was covered in dust. The glasses in the kitchen were sticky and stuck on the counter. They were very nasty. The floor was sticky because of to many soap.

A nice spacy appartment in a large building with historical roots. The appartment was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. A car-parking place was available. The city centre and monumets are within walking distance.

The Appart'City building is located between two main streets with traffic, so that the appartments are slightly noisy when windows are open.

Check in is only between 1 and 4pm then 8pm-9pm. We arrived at 6.30pm and everything was locked up. It’s impossible to park the car in town. Streets very narrow and got ourselves into a right mess. Finally found parking out of the centre and walked with suitcases for about 15mins.

No cleaning done during entire stay. It was mentioned that at least once a week cleaning will be done, but that did not happen. Bulbs in the room were flickering and I had to turn it off. Difficult to get help as language is a barrier.

Good location, for the price.

To say it was difficult to check in is an understatement. Booked on Booking. Arrived, no code to get into reception. Reception closed at 8pm. Had to call a number, had to them commit 200 Euros over the phone by way of a deposit to gain access to a lockbox with names of rooms like ‘Helsinki’ or ‘Sicily’ which didn’t correspond to the numbered rooms, and only after an hour of different phone conversations and card payments on top of my room fee was I given a room number. There were 15 other people at different stages of the journey in reception, no staff, and at varying levels of frustration. Frankly ridiculous. In the morning the lady at reception was excellent and very accommodating. If only the company had thought to pay a member of staff to stick around until a reasonable hour the previous evening, I’d have given this place a better review. The room was average, the overall service appalling. And as you’ll see from my other reviews, I NEVER say bad things. I was tired, after a long day of travel and the 1.5 hrs I spent trying to get into the room I’d booked left me exasperated. Strongly advise you look elsewhere.

We have stayed in this building with this company before and always found it very acceptable. Parking was easy, key collection and the apartment itself was fine with the exception of below.

We booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the bedroom had no window and no ventilation. I believe this to be a fire risk as in my opinion there should not be a door to the bedroom area because of the lack of a window there and this should be marketed as a studio. In the case of a fire in the lounge area, there would be no means of escape from the bedroom. I have mentioned this to the company but they replied saying "Concerning the fact that your bedroom did not have a window, i'm terribly sorry, the building was built that way, unfortunatly there is nothing we could do about it. We (APPART'CITY) did not build the hôtel, as we administrate the all building for the different owners of those flats". I will be taking this further with Booking.com, the local tourist office and the local fire authority to try to prevent anyone being placed in danger. If my opinion, if this concern is not upheld by them and some action taken, I would recommend that, if you book an apartment, that you check before booking that you will have a window provided in your bedroom, as it is not necessarily part of the management's expectations to provide one.

Appt. Was clean the fixtures and fittings were all working and in good repair. Heating worked well and the shower was fine.

The Heating was on, on a very cold wet afternoon however there were no eating areas close by You certainly need a car. There was a lift(good) no good areas to walk the dog. Breakfast was includedI ( Good)

Excellent location for our journey. The old town is lovely with lots of restaurants. Reception staff were brilliant and very helpful. Breakfast was a little basic for the price.

Not the apartment’s fault but having no air conditioning was a real problem with an air temperature well above 28C at night. Sleeping on the 5th floor was very difficult.

Location was ideal for our night out. Room rate was reasonable.

Rooms small and in need of updating, tatty in places. Room very hot, thankfully there was a fan in the wardrobe. We had reserved the buffet breakfast on the Sunday morning, unfortunately there was barely anything left and we had to ask for more pastries etc. Disappointing. Rooms really hard to find plus the elevator wasn’t working at one point and it felt like a rabbit warren trying to find our way out.
