The facilities in the hotel were great, and the use of the different saunas and the pool were included in the price of the room. Lovely breakfast on the terrace with a buffet that included an array of warm and cold breakfast options. Free parking. Amazing location in a gorgeous part of the country!

everything was pin perfect by look. the staff is wonderful but I’ve it’s not easy communicating with most staff since they don’t speak English and I didn’t speak German. but sign-language made us through. much love to the staff and I’m definitely coming back.
I’ve sadly noticed that me and my colleague ended up with a bites from bed-flees all over our bodies. it’s not dangerous so I didn’t complain. but it’s a sign that proves the cleaning of the BIG BEAUTIFUL rooms aren’t cleaned and taken care of properly.

Spa was empty on Thursday (December), it was very enjoyable, no people at all.
Beautiful Christmas decorations and a nice view of the lake. Loved the interior!
The restaurant is a bit overpriced, and the choice of dishes for dinner is limited.

The breakfast was great. There was a well maintained sauna and swimming pool. Rooms were clean, and the staff in the restaurant were helpful even though they do not speak English.
lack of coffee and tea in the room. I believe it's a standard for a 4 star hotel. The rooms are not soundproof, so whenever someone is walking down the hall you can hear everything and it can wake you up.

were incredible nice and friendly.
we had an apartment which wasn’t renovated yet. so it was a little bit old school and especially the shower was too small. but it was clean and absolutely fine for a short stay. due to the great weather and the beautiful garden and amazing spa area we spent most of the time
there and that was just wonderful.

The food served was delicious, from breakfast to dinner. Staff very friendly.
Room was extremely small and smaller than advertised. Staff wore COVID masks under the nose.

I sincerely enjoyed staying here! It was a very relaxing vacation with gorgeous views, delicious breakfast buffet, friendly staff. The spa is small but does its job with many corners for relaxations.
The restaurant offers delicious food, but it is a bit expensive.
