Great apartments for families

That the pool isn't heated. Why isn't this a thing in WA? I don't want it to be a bath, but take the chill off the water it's much more appealing! If I want cold water I'd swim in the ocean!

This is a timeshare resort, they have a 'hard sell' attitude to guests so be prepared. Stayed there for 2 nights and received 3 phone calls to attend one of their presentations all while being told 'we're not trying to pressure you'. I would not stay here again as it was not easy to relax.

Convenient location

Climbing the stairs to our room, as I have bad legs. The bathroom show and hot water excellent, but could have a small bench or stool so I could put my feet on it to dry myself. For safety reasons a grab rail would be nice.

We stayed in one of the recently refurbished rooms which I think used to be a 2 bedroom apartment with a connector door. I think the connector has been decommissioned but this did not stop the noise and cooling smells coming from the room beside us which obviously had cooling facilities. A more permanent closure of the doorway to stop noise and smells needs to be found.

Noise and smell coming in from the next room. My wife was travelling with me for business and we dropped in to the hotel early to see if our room was available. It wasn’t which was not a problem. I asked the front desk to call when our room was available. My wife received a call at 5pm, 1 hour after our scheduled checkin time.

Breakfast would have been good on site. Noisy traffic!

Staff are friendly.

Very noisy throught the night until morning due to vehicles driving along Caves Rd. Reverse cycle air conditioner sad also very noisy.

it’s a beautiful location, the accomodation is always clean and comfortable. The 2 bedroom apartment we had was very spacious and had everything we needed.

Only downside is the restaurant is no longer open for breakfast which we didn’t find out until after we checked in.

Place wa nice

Comfortable and clean. Good shower and comfortable bed. Excellent smart tv. Pleasant outside bar. Close to beach. bbq and free parking.

Nothing to dislike although our unit was upstairs and for older people the outside upstairs were a bit of a hike, particularly as it was raining from time to time during our visit. Pool was freezing.

our room was noisy due to the road behind and the restaurant was not open for breakfast or indeed on our last day at all

Spa and pool area.

Every time we sat outside by the pool or patio, the gardener seemed to follow us and started up his noisy petrol strimmer, petrol leaf blower or lawn mower, spoiling what was meat to be a relaxing break, so much so we left the resort to find other things to do. Before you jump to his defense saying maintenance has to be done, you as a company could supply him with the same gear in battery powered models that are a lot les noisier. Non existent breakfast, very disappointing. No café or bar to buy coffee nd snacks during the day.

Difficult to step up into the shower. We were ok but many people our age would have found it impossible. The block we stayed in is due for refurbishment. Lighting in the room was inadequate for reading.

Setting was good, pool and beachside location. Nice gardens.

Kitchenette so small,almost unusable. Had to wash up in bathroom. Kettle hard to fill from tap in vanity basin. Push to go to time share presentation

I liked the pool and the fact it was beachfront (and had a restaurant on site).

the sales pitch upon checking in - was dismayed to see an elderly woman appearing to engage with the salespeople. a quick google search reveals that signing up to be a member of the club is disastrous for consumers, and that the company is skating close to breaking the law. also the rooms could do with a deep clean.

The 2 bedroom apartment was so clean and comfortable.the room had everything our family of five needed.The facilities at club Wyndham were second to none.

The facility has many qualities which I like thats why I keep returning. Restuarant - meal was lovely and chef very accommodating (GF), Staff lovely, Pool and proximity to everything wonderful.

The room was not what I have had previously. Smaller than previously, balcony rail loose, flooding in the shower, only a sofa bed so no lounge. Flyscreens covers in renovation dust. They rang 1/2 day before to see what room configuration I wanted.... didn't happen! Below average Unit... would have expected better for the Price which had gone up alot!

It had a good selection of activities and was well presented
