The room was spacious, the breakfast was really nice and good to have the option of cooked breakfast (for an additional charge). Paul greeted us each morning we were there, and he always made our day. Customer service at its best. He was amazing and so professional. The hotel is very lucky to have him. Other staff on reception were also very friendly.

Bit outdated. Pool was under renovation so was closed. We wasn't told about this until the day before we was going. Our children were so disappointed especially since we had travelled from Esperance where we had 5 days freezing cold weather and Kalgoorlie was a toastie 34 degrees. Location is a little out of town. You do need a vehicle unless you are prepared for a very long walk.

The room was spacious and very very clean. There was a free breakfast each morning and a free laundry room. The room was serviced daily. The staff were very nice and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room warm.

The room could do with some updating but it was fine.

Room 40 at the back of complex was too noisy at night, ie Railway and traffic.

Clean and tidy rooms. Very comfortable bed. Close to city center.

The whole complex is old and strating to show its age, but for value and cleanliness it was more than satisfactory.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Das Bett war angenehm groß. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Man konnte so viel Kaffee trinken, wie man wollte und es gab sogar Pancakes.

The heating didn't work and it was freezing cold also raining about 6° with no heating made it very uncomfortable
