Great location , parking

The lady at the reception was very helpful, she bothered to call another hotel to check if the (other) parking garage was okay to be used. She was very friendly.

Location isn't great but that's not really the fault of the hotel. There's quite some street racing (tuned cars with modified exhausts) at night, Does not give a safe feeling. I am surprised that the police was not patrolling this area.

Location was perfect for us as we needed to be close for bus. Also good for exploring river area. Lots of places to eat nearby. Staff friendly and helpful, and packed an early breakfast, as we had to leave to catch bus. Comfortable beds

It was fine for the price, but just an ordinary hotel.

The view from the hotel room window was unfortunately just of pipework, so it felt like there wasn’t a window at all. However, the rest of the facilities were good :-)

Location! Only a little stroll down to the river.very helpfully and smiling staff. Breakfast was good I would stay here again for sure.

Our room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with many hot and cold choices. The staff member at Reception was lovely.

Small bathrooms are acceptable if well designed, but this one was not. You could not sit on the toilet directly, but had to twist your body into an awkward position. When seated, legs were partially under the sink. Finding the light switch was problematic too. It was not on the bathroom wall, but on the wall at the entrance to the hotel room. Having said this, the bathroom appeared to have been renovated. There was a good size sink, and make-up mirror, and the shower had good pressure.

Breakfast was good and varied. Breakfast room was specious. Staff was helpful.

The mattresses were too soft.
