Would be the cleanest 3 star motel I have stayed in! Will definitely be back!
Location is fantastic except for the music from night life but this didn't keep us from falling to sleep. Can't be in the middle of everything and expect zero noise.

Much better room than we expected for the price. Receptionist was lovely.

It is a good, clean, roomy old style Motel well maintained and close to everything.

It was close to lots of shops and food places, and good value for money. We were only staying 1 night, and the room was perfect for that.
The bathroom was really small, even just one person being in there felt cramped

The room was very clean and the location was where we wanted, within walking distance to shops, beach etc.
The furniture was sooo uncomfortable, you couldn't sit in the "lounge chair" for more than 5 mins. The bathrooom should have been upgraded 10 years ago. The noise factor is off the chart unless you like being woken up at 2am by noisy drunks in the carpark over the fence oh, that's assuming you got to sleep at all due to the thumping music that vibrates right up through the floor. and doesn't end until after 2am.
