Habitación con una pequeña cocina muy bien equipada para poder disponer de tu propia comida. La entrada con el sistema de códigos y taquillas me pareció súper ágil y fácil.

Las camas podían estar algo mejor, sobre todo las almohadas. Check-out a las 11h demasiado temprano.

Les portes intérieures de l'appartement ne ferment pas (soit les portes sont gonflées d'humidité, soit les clenches de porte sont cassées). Un seul ascenseur dans toute la résidence, autant dire qu'aux heures de pointe il faut être patient ... très patient quand on ne peut pas descendre par les escaliers. Accès au parking privé sans aucune indication. Je l'ai trouvé en faisant le tour à pied de tout le bâtiment ... en espérant que ce soit le bon ! Au moment du départ, il faut sortir du parking souterrain avant de rendre les clés et le bip sinon on reste coincé dans le garage, sachant que les parkings à l'extérieur sont pleins ! J'ai des collègues dont les chambres ont été largement inondées car il pleuvait ... les fenêtres ne ferment pas correctement. Pour résumer un gros manque d'entretien du bâtiment. Problème de paiement, débité 2 fois !!! j'attends toujours le remboursement ! Bref, dommage car très bien situé !

Es un aparthotel sencillo pero está todo limpio y el personal agradable. El desayuno continental, no muy extenso pero de buena calidad.

It was comfortable and mainly clean. The small kitchen was welcome. It was good value for money.

Everything was good but bathroom could have been a bit cleaner

Nice, comfy rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful (greetings to the lady from the reception, you are doing a great job!). Breakfasts are the best (wide choice of very fresh and tasty food).

The window in our room was locked and permanently blocked on purpose (with some nail/small sheet of metal), so that it could not be opened. Not nice if you cannot open the window for 4 days :(. Another thing: We stayed 4 days, we ate 3 breakfasts. There was one lady serving breakfast who was super great (very nice, super helpful, she cared a lot about us and the place - thank you!). But one day there was another one. Unpleasant, she made a problem that she had to bring us the missing cheese and ham (because she didn't want to open a new package when we were the last guests of the day). She was touching dirty dishes and just after that the bread without washing hands. And she was watching something on the phone while a lot of dirty dishes after previous guests were gathered on a dirty table in the dining room (not taken to the kitchen). I really hope she was there just one day for replacement.

we are often use this apartment with my man but this time it’s was terrible. Everywhere was the smell of cat urine! We need to stay 3 hours more next day and they took money like for a second night! Incredible! And lie that I disturbed someone at midnight with my heels when in reality we slept before midnight. what a relation!
