Rooms are very spacious. Close to city and good neighborhood. Reception is excellent they even allowed me to check in early.

Great location, 100m from metro No. 13. Big supermarket next to the place. Also police station nearby. We felt safe all the time. High quality and friendly service, open for any of our questions and requests. Very good breakfasts, wide selection of food. Special thanks to Fetta - very helpful, taking full responsibility for breakfast service. Hot madeleines are so tasteful! Very nice place, clean, comfortable. In bedroom very comfortable bed.
Noisy couch in living room, any even small movement in the night resulted sound of springs.

Comfortable, convenient and spacious apartment in a really good location in Paris. The metro station and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants very near by. We had booked for parking and that was all good. We were able to pull up outside while we went into reception to pick up the remote for the gates and the parking was secure.
The kitchen equipment was fairly basic and the building is on quite a busy road so quite noisy, but that’s only to be expected really in a big city.

Het appartement was schoon, de bedden lagen heerlijk.
Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het ontbijt was prima.
En heerlijk dat je voor een niet al te hoog bedrag je auto onder het hotel kan parkeren.
We hadden verwacht dat er een theedoek, keukenhanddoek, vaatdoek en afwasmiddel aanwezig zou zijn maar dat was niet het geval.
Maar gelukkig ben ik altijd op alles voorbereid dus dat gaf hier geen probleem 😉

The room and it's location were extremely good.. situated at few metres from metro station and bus stand with connectivity to all places of attraction around the city!! We just loved the stay and the staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast served was sumptuous.. the room was very clean . thank you team for hosting us.

Location: convenient due to the Mairie-Clichy metro station that is a very short walking distance from the hotel.
I would probably say that the only average thing is the elevator. There is only 1 elevator at the property and it is a little bit slow, so during pick hours it might be faster to just take the stairs. But this is a minor thing compared to the whole experience.

It's very well located - Metro 13 right in front of the building. Staff is nice and kind. Room is very clean and spacious, with a little kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. There is a smart TV. Wi-Fi worked well. There is also a good supermarket in front of the building as well.
Guests partying loudly at 3am in the room next to ours - bad sound isolation. Nevertheless, we complained to the reception and they managed the situation very quickly. Apart from that, the place is perfect.

The staff was very helpful. We forgot to book breakfast for two of the guests (we were 4 of us), they offered a free breakfast for them. They kitchen has utensils and a microwave to support basic level of cooking. Metro station is within 5 mins walking from the hotel which worked well for us.
I would have liked room service during the time we were there. Cleaning is done only after you leave the property. The sofa cum bed in the living room wasnt very comfortable to sleep.

We loved the hotel. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable (although two of us slept on a sofa there was enough space), the breakfast was pretty tasty (could have more vegetables). Underground is just 2 min walk.

the property is right next to the metro station that literally goes everywhere, the rooms are new and comfortable and very spacious.
No cleaning service and the floors are freezing cold. if the heating isn’t always on the room is like a fridge

It really felt like a nice and spacious hotel, with great amenities and a very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean with really comfortable beds, I enjoyed my stay tremendously! Wonderful bathroom as well and 24 hour service.
The location is a bit off centre for Paris, but right next to a metro so it doesn’t really pose a problem.

We took a one bedroom apartment for three persons - was decently spacious, cozy and comfortable. The location is also really nice - very close to a metro stop and surrounded by multiple supermarkets and bakeries.
There was some confusion on the booking when we reached, although we had paid to upgrade to a bigger apartment before arriving, it was not updated in their system and they assigned us the smaller room. However, they changed it after we complained.
