Wonderful and very kind staff, comfortable room and a great restaurant and bar. I highly recommend the hotel!

Something small, but there was quite some scale buildup on the showerhead. Water shoots in different directions that way when taking a shower. Otherwise the room was perfect and very clean! And another personal preference. For a hotel this big I would've liked it when they had games like table tennis to play or something else for kids.

The room was absolutely lovely, it was very clean and the facilities were good. The room was really big, massive bed and very modern bathroom. There was an nespresso machine, mini bar (extra costs). When we returned to the room after exploring the Christmas market the curtains had been shut, the bed was remade and there was some sweets and a message wishing us good night on the bed. Lovely touch!

The check in could have been quicker, the queue was a little long - but I guess the staff have to check passports etc. in advance. We have to pay a £150 deposit on arrival - any extras you have are taken from this amount. This is fine but this was not advertised (that I can recall seeing). It would be good if the room service menu stated whether food included gluten and dairy, I have an intolerance so this is important for me.

Very clean, spacious, great central location and great value

Excellent location for the Eurostar station.

A more ample single bed would have been more comfortable and changing o f sheets considering it is supposed to be a five star hotel. Better cleaning of the towels.

Lovely breakfast - amazing selection of bread, cakes, jam and good coffee. Staff ultra polite and friendly. Very comfortable bed (best out of all hotels I’ve stayed in) great powerful shower and even an electric kettle. We like the bar and the wine was great. I left my cardigan behind and staff retrieved and kept it for me. It is a bit expensive but feels like a massive treat and relaxing start to our holiday.

I can’t think of anything except maybe branded toiletries in the bathroom.
