Clean and tidy, arrived at 6.45pm had dinner, departed 6.45am

Really accommodating staff as I was visiting relatives who arrived really late.

The rooms was not clean,was noisy, the smell was bad and the room was facing the childrens playground (discription said facing the mountian) which was opposite to what the discription was. We immediately had to make a last minute booking to a different place nearby and asked to cancel and refund but we were told "booking.com" deals with it after some fees will be charged.We left hoping to get a refund or atleast a partial refund as we never stayed in the hotel due to the condition. We have still not recieved any refund to date.

Comfortable room, convenient for our relatives who live locally. Good location for exploring the area. Good selection at breakfast and we had one evening meal which was also enjoyable.

Location and cost were great

Taps on the bathroom sink were wrong aay round in room 3. Turned it to cold when brushing teeth and luckily it wasn't a child hand under it as I got burnt. Taps gave been plumbed wrong way cold ishit and vice versa

Great welcome, good food, excellent breakfast, comfortable room for the price, good they were getting busier and good to be back in Wales.

Easy to get to, beautiful views and nice bar/restaurant.
