The location and views from the resort are great, not only towards the lake but as well over the alpine pastures. We loved the walking paths in the forest and the overall silence and peaceful atmosphere.

We didn’t like the fact that the hotel is open to external visitors for both restaurants and spa. For instance we couldn’t find a spot because of that and the spa can get overly crowded especially on the weekend. We totally skipped the sauna area on Saturday cause it was just too much and we were able to enjoy it just on Sunday from 7pm to 8pm (as mentioned we didn’t have a restaurant reservation that night🙂). We ate at the hotel both nights and the food is good but like everything in Switzerland is overpriced. I made peace with that but a bottle of water at 12 chf I find it excessive.

L’emplacement est splendide si la vue est dégagée . Les chambres contemporaines sont très belles et le spa aussi.

Hôtel extrêmement cher. On paie clairement la vue sur le vue le lac. Encore faut-il qu’il n’y ai pas de brouillard . L’hôtel est fait pour plaire à une clientèle internationale mais il manque un peu « d’âme » et le côté « cocon ». Le lobby et le bar pourraient être mieux insonorisés car ça résonne énormément.

every thing from the car parking to the entertainment is available some times the price is high but it worth every penny highly recommended

View of Lake Lucerne was breathtaking, we got 3 free upgrades for 3 rooms over Christmas! Staff are super friendly & went above & beyond! Lake bar food was amazing- burgers were to die for! Spa facilities were the BEST I've experienced - rooftop infinity pool was WOW! Highly recommend!

You can’t tell a guest that, thank you for 1000CHF we don’t have a table at restaurant nor the SPA included - in a 5 star SPA hotel??? Don’t sell only rooms - take it from the offering. What else to do in a SPA Hotel than go to the SPA?. It is not about “it is written on the Homepage”.
