No beach service at your chairs

Location was great as it is walking distance to many great restaurants. Plus, if you want to want to go further out to explore other restaurants/stores/supermarkets, there are taxis parked on the side of the building ready to take you wherever you need to go, which I loved. All the staff were pleasant including management, staff at the front desk, wait staff in the dining areas, housekeeping, and the people keeping the grounds clean. Everyone was pleasant and respectful. The hotel was clean and there are a variety of food options on the resort if you choose to eat in the resort instead of eating out. If you decide you want to remain on the resort to eat throughout your stay, I would recommend you do an all inclusive package.

Outdated room and had requested Sea Tower or upper floor, we didn’t get either those.

The hotel was lovely! We enjoyed the included breakfast. The buffet was amazing with so many selections to choose from. The pools were beautiful and always clean. The location of the hotel was perfect. You could walk to everything. The beach was beautiful. We highly recommend the Holiday Inn. We definitely will be returning.

The open air lobby was gorgeous and cool; the hotel location was perfect ; sleeping on the hammocks in the courtyard in the evening was a great way to end the day; hotel was walkable to everything ; hotel was located directly on a gorgeous , sandy beach with clear water; buffet breakfast had everything ; bed and pillows were awesome; we received a refreshing welcome beverage as we checked in

We only had two issues: 1) the beach bar next door made it hard to sleep ; we were assigned rooms in 'Sea Tower' and have a hard time sleeping , so music 'pumping ' until 1 or 2 am was hard on us ; I wish we could've been warned and/or had a choice on a quieter room , and 2) when we booked through booking.com we booked 3 rooms (each with two people, and breakfast included). However , when we arrived the hotel said that in one of the rooms there was only breakfast for one and that we had to pay the daily breakfast rate for the second person in the room . We were not expecting that . I think something didn't get communicated between Booking.con and the hotel .

The hotel is amazing, close to the beach, variety of restaurants, the staff always ready to help.

Pay for the kiosk beach, it will be worthy in high season.

Noise of huge fans outside the building makes stay not very confortable

The beach is one of the best I've ever been to. The rooms are literally 3 minutes away from the beach including the wait time for the elevator. Just across the street from the hotel there is an open shopping center full of stores, restaurants, etc. Great location that combines superb beach and access to shops and restaurants.

very expensive for what it is, how come they charge US$30 for a beach chair inside the hotel? if I choose a hote al with beach is because and oh for it, why I shall pay extra to use something that should be include ? it was not a public beach to pay for it, very disappointed check in very late 4pm and check out very early at 12pm, the hotel did not have showers for the guest that have late flights like us so you basically cannot enjoy the swimming pool or beach after check out. the Stuff wants very friendly restaurants and food very limited, nothing authentic only American food.

booking.com did not inform us that our hotel was adjacent to the Radisson which had a night club playing very loud music until 1:00 am every evening. Had I known I would have asked for another room.

wonderful location. tons of pool and beach lounge chairs. great food at the beach bar. excellent shops inside hotel. staff at as WONDERFUL!!

it was close to the beach

where I stayed there is a bar that goes every night til 2am. so it was loud and hard to sleep. also the umbrella charge was a little pricy. should be included

Great location in the center of Palm Beach and across the street from the Palm Beach commercial (restaurant/bar/shopping) area. Friendly staff.

We took this trip with several family members and all booked the same room class. However, some of us booked our rooms with booking.com, while others booked directly with the hotel. Booking.com was slightly cheaper than the hotel website, but the difference in room quality was vastly different. Booking.com rooms were on the 2nd floor and faced the main road and vehicle entrance, while hotel website rooms were on the 4th floor and faced the garden and pool area. Booking.com rooms had concrete balcony enclosures that completely blocked any view and most light, while hotel website rooms had slatted metal balcony enclosures that offered unobstructed views and lots of light. All rooms, in general, were pretty dated. Room conditions weren't horrible, but they defiantly didn't relate to the price. White plastic shower curtain, low quality bar soap and hair products, broken TV. Room price does not include palapa and chair rentals. We've stayed at other hotels in Aruba, and they were always included. Pools are very basic compared to other pools on palm beach. No swim up bar.
