Es war schön ruhig und die Stadtmitte ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Auf dem Balkon hat es fast unerträglich nach Heizöl oder irgendwelchen anderen Abgasen gerochen !

Complesso in generale, belle le piscine, ottima la pizzeria,
c'è un supermercato, discreto il ristorante, ottima e completa la colazione, parcheggio disponibile ovunque.
La.stanza pulita e comoda
La struttura è poco usufruibile per anziani e soggetti con disabilità.
Ci sono troppi scalini per accedere ai servizi, ristorazione ecc....
La. Ghiaia impedisce un uso in sicurezza di sedie a rotelle.

wij hadden een top appartement, was zo goed als nieuw. De zwembaden zijn prima het park aanzicht is zeer gedateerd er is de afgelopen jaar weinig geïnvesteerd in vernieuwing van het hoofdgebouw.
De weg naar de receptie is zeer stijl zeker 15% dus met een gewone fiets bijna niet te doen en lopend wordt ook al een uitdaging. De ligging is geweldig met een mooi uitzicht over het Gardameer. Personeel is behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk.
Tevens kun je gebruik maken van een ontbijtbuffet €8, pp en een Diner bestaande uit 4 gangen ( salade buffet, 2 soorten paste als tussengerecht, hoofdgerecht vaak keuze uit vis of vlees, vervolgens nog een toetjesbuffet €15, pp.
In principe niets, enige minpuntje zou kunnen zijn dat er weinig tot niets was te beleven op het park zelf.
Omdat wij onze fietsen bij ons hadden was het voor ons geen probleem gezien er in de omgeving genoeg te beleven is.
Dagelijks zijn wij naar Lazise, Bardolino, geweest. Een mooi fietspad langs het meer maakt de toch nog mooier.

Küche hätte besser ausgestattet sein können (große Schüsseln, tiefe Teller, etc.) und es war sehr kalt

Não havia janelas. Não tinha o básico como sabão para pia, papel higiênico, toalha e roupa de cama. A água estava com aspecto estranho, camada de pó branco ficava impregnada no copo. Não foi possível usar. Itens de cozinha incompleto.. Não tinha caneca para chá, não tinham copos e outros..
Porta do banheiro estava emperrada. Não era possível fechar.

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb man muss immer über die Haupstraße die sehr gut befahren ist um weg zu kommen, die Ausstattung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig, Zur Sauberkeit sagen wir mal es war grob geputzt. Das Personal war sehr nett.
Was ich als wilklichen Nachteil empfand war das keinen Strandzugang gab der Weg war sehr weit und mühselig.

Wir hatten ein neu gebautes Apartment. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die Möbel waren komfortabel und neu. Alles, was zu einer Ferienwohnung gehört, war vorhanden. Die Küche funktionierte gut. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war gut. Hervorzuheben ist die ideale Lage in Garda. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand beziehungsweise in der Stadt. Parkplätze sind kostenlos und in der Nähe des Apartments. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte höher sein. Es kam nur sehr wenig Wasser aus dem Duschkopf.

Bungalow, No aircon in 40 degrees is terrible. Nothing against mosquitoes in windows. Equipment in the kitchen was terrible. All bungalows seemed like from 90s (30 years old). No WiFi, very bad LTE signal.

The Lake is amazing and the resort in the middle of an olive plantation was fantastic. Everything was to expectation at the hotel - solid satisfaction.
Wifi was only at the lobby/reception - quite poor signal even at the reception.
There is a bit of walk to the Beach, which is shame with other hotels having private direct stairs to the Lake

It's so quiet peaceful with fresh air under the hills. You can get the city center on foot.

The location offers direct excellent view from above to Garde lake. Around the Villas there many trees, most of them Olive trees which added additional exotic and beauty for us. Nice quite area with fire place next to the house. Reception, Pizza restaurant and swimming pool are available. For the price, we are more than satisfied from the place and would visit it again.
GPS is frustrated from the address given for the hotel and was difficult to find it. It was pointing to another set of private houses from the main road. The sign for the hotel is old not illumiated and difficult to see through the day and impossible at night especially when you come for first time.
Add on your website some better map where people to see how to reach your park.
Maybe would be good idea to add some more stuff in the kitchen for grilling for example and simple coffee machine- or give some more hints of what is available in advance.

accommodation was very clean, and comfortable.
There was no AC or fans in the apartment, the grounds were very badly kept. The path way to the apartments were very uneven and dangerous. Very poor lighting on the pathways. There could be more signs to locate the apartments. A shuttle would be a excellent service to add. Phone in the apartment did not work and it was reported on our arrival but was not fixed, this meant no communication with the reception.

The place is old and falling apart, bad electrics, uneven and dangerous patio outside reception, rotten and dangerous ceiling in the outside dinning area. Fire escape ramps rotten with holes all the way through, our balcony was very rotten and dangerous.

the on site pizzeria was excellent
some of the older parts of the property were pretty scary like the uneven path outside reception and the kids play ground

Very nice, modern and well equipped appartment, fine outdoor area with a good view to the Lake Garda and with two nice pools and the staff were friendly and serviceminded.
The only complaint I have is the wifi, that did not work very well and that it was not accesible in the appartment but only in the common areas

We had a premium apartment which was brand new and - thankfully- with AC. The large pool area was great fun, especially for the kids, the view splendid snd plenty of shady spots under the olive trees. We also loved the setting of the property on a hill above Garda. Short (but steep) walk to the beach on the lake! The food at La Loda was yummy and the restaurant boasts a nice view over the lake.
The staff was friendly and helpful!
Anything but the newly built apartment complex at the bottom of the hotel is very dated. The property needs some serious TLC, starting with the paths, and all the facilities. The playground for kids is scary, I think it dates back to the 60s :) The pingpong tables are so rugged and lack a proper net. All in all, I can’t fathom why they don’t invest a few thousand Euros in those brings, it would make a huge difference.

Fine entry with helpfull lady at the desk. Bungalow (5p) is basic but very much ok. Million dollar view from the bungalow overlooking an olive tree park and garda lake. Shop basic for bread etc. Swimming pool excellent with comfortable chairs and nice pool-restaurant. WIFI poor in bungalow, and a basic coffeemachine and watercooker would improve quality of stay. Overall experience: we are a demanding family regarding facilities and quality of accomodation and… we had a great time!
Coffeemachine and watercooker could be an add to inventory of bungalow. A ‘Van’ for cooling in a hot summer is also needed. A little more attention to the quality of the pathways in the bungalowparc and It would make this holidayparc really a ‘hot’ destination !
