Great place, the staff was super friendly, allowed us to have a nice dinner minutes before the kitchen was closed, after a long drive.

That we arrived late, as it seems to be a lovely place to be with the children.

Let's face it it's a budget hotel so bells and whistles cannot be expected so for what it costs it's a clean stay with friendly staff 15 minute cycle into Bonn

The breakfast was very complete. They offered fresh bread from a local backery which was delicious. What they don't have are cakes available but considering the size of the hotel this is really not needed. The hotel is well located and easy to find, even when arriving very late. As the reception was closed when I arrived, they locked the key into a security lock with a password I got from them so it was easy and safe to check in. The place has this familiy-hosted ambient, which I find charming. They also have a very nice and big garden outside so it's actually attractive if coming with kids. There are tables outside if you want to have drinks at night or so. I would definitely chose this place again if I am in Bonn or visiting Cologne again.

The facilities were ok for the price but the room was a little cold when I arrived. I guess they had heating but I couldn't find it. Fortunately they had another blanket in the wardrobe which I could use.

The room was big, clean and with all the amenities. The place was very quiet, apart from the birds and the kids playing in the morning. Close to the river for a relaxing stroll.

Some suggestions: A few coffee, tea bags and sugar/creamer bags A spunge to do dishes A nice small light in living room A frying pan A cutting board The rest: perfect!

Good location near Bonn, green neighborhood, clean rooms, practical basic kitchen corner. I did not try breakfast there.

No dedicated on-site parking (one has to park either on the street, or at an apartment block in the backyard). The apartment has only basic kitchen corner. On a hot day (+39 C) I was given an apartment in an attic on the sunny side of the building, while the building was mostly not occupied then (other rooms may be more comfortable on that special occasion). Entire evening the floor-neighbors were noisy. I also did get a receipt of my payment (they said they cannot print then, and provided it later by email). Overall, my stay was OK (my requirements were very basic for a 1-d work visit), and there is a good room for improvements to increase the value/price ratio.

Quiet large room, could sleep with window open, good breakfast and good value for money.

Email communication for obtaining key to room would have been better in one language (indicated by the customer's choice of language) not German & English as it was very wordy.

Didn’t realise there was no bar or restaurant when booking it. 45 minute walk or 10 minute Uber to the centre of Bonn.

The street leading up to the hotel is very dark. You may not feel very safe arriving by walk at night if you dont know the area.

The super noisy/squeaky bed

Not great for amenities. Staff was not friendly. Check out was awkward and the gentleman was not friendly. He was a bit rude when I had to pay for a beverage with a 10 and he had to make change. the other gentleman ignored me and other guests who entered. I also believe the charge was much higher than I was told it would be.

Everything was perfect

The staff, above all,are amazing. Especially, Mr. Mourad with his beautiful smile and warm heart is a treasure. It was like homecoming. The breakfast buffet are rich and delicious. The rooms are really spacious, it is absolutely heavenly with the wonderful garden outside. It is very silent, no traffic noise at all. The supermarket that is a just a few steps away is such a convenience. The walk to the city is a pleasureable one.

Breakfast was simple. Correct and simple. The same both days.

Very nice and quiet

Very nice hotel in a quiet location just outside city of Bonn. If you have children, there was a playground just outside on hotel grounds. Fridge on second floor held "pay as you go" beer and water which was very nice after a long drive on a hot summer's day. Lots of signage to find the hotel, and parking is in rear (you pass hotel, go down a short road and park in rear...paved path leads round to the hotel). We didn't eat at the restaurant, but there is one onsite. Breakfast could have been better as they didn't refill items quickly enough.

Pillows were hard; not sure why nice feather pillows can't be used as they are plentiful in Germany. For what we paid, we expected breakfast to be better. We came down at 0815 and there was one boiled egg left and 2 slices of Brie. Not sure who ate all the food. I had to ask for eggs and meat tray to be refilled. More people came down after us and attacked the meager portions of what was left. They should know how many adult guests they have and supply enough food if they advertise an included breakfast, or don't have breakfast at all. Background music in the breakfast room would also be nice. AND - PLEASE print in English and German DIRECTIONS on which bus to take to center of town. It is a short walk to bus stop - Don't try to park in Bonn, b/c it is a nightmare...take the bus, but it would be nice if they had that info in the room.
