The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough.

Even though the breakfast was good it would have been nice to have a bit more variety. Such as mushrooms, fried eggs, fried bread.

Check in very slow due to booking.com not passing correct details onto hotel I.E didn't confirm payment had been made and change of name for the 1 room, Price of drinks very expensive £6.50 for a can of Guinness , when you could buy 4 in the supermarket for £6

Breakfast wasn't great to be honest

To start with the staff were amazing! We chanced our luck for an early check in as we wanted to get showered and changed for day drinking. We had 2 rooms between us and they found us one room to get ready in which we were so grateful for. Within 15 minutes they got us the second room . James made us feel so welcome, recommended where to go on the night out etc. Rooms were lovely, beds super comfy, and breakfast was top notch too.

It’s a little bit out the way for a walk into the city centre.

Friendly welcoming staff, that were helpful & happy in their job. A well run hotel with ample parking for a reasonable rate. Would recommend & will be returning at some point.

The lighting in the rooms is so poor, room is constantly dark. Only place you could see to apply make up was in the bathroom

It a pity no much food in the evening when you get there. Also the breakfast could be more of a selection as every morning it is scrambled eggs.

The attitude of the staff is good.

Parking is not good. They charged us extra money for parking as penalty, even the staff had told us no need to pay for parking as we only parked our car for a while to move the belongings into the hotel for our family.

Room was clean, beds comfy ,staff were attentive .plenty of parking. Breakfast was plenty .As we was there for a gig it was ideal location not far from the arena .we have stayed in few holiday inns I would say its the best yet.

The room was large and comfortable and there were complimentary teas and instant coffee and milk. I very much appreciated the iron and ironing board too.

The breakfast was all right, but somewhat limited (only instant coffee, for example).
