Very central location. Comfortable room with wi-fi. Stored my bike in reception, though difficult to carry out up the step narrow stairs. The actual reception is in the restaurant downstairs.

Nothing. My son left after 15 minutes as it was disgusting! We had to find and pay for an alternative hotel.

I booked this for my son and his girlfriend who decided to join us in France for our holiday. My husband I I were booked into another hotel around the corner and that had no availability left, which is why we chose the Hotal Latino. It was disgusting. The bed was broken, the wallpaper was coming off the wall, there were holes in the wall, a table affixed to the wall was about to fall off, it was dirty, there was an unidentified stain in the toilet - either rust or excrement. We were asked to pay before they saw the room, but within 15 minutes they phoned, distressed, to say they couldn't stay there. We ended up paying 180 euros for a room at the Ibis Styles, as we could not get any other accommodation. As this room was not fit I would like a refund please. My son has some video footage if that would be useful. Thanks, Sarah Hawksworth.

There was no lift and the Stairway was too narrow for carrying luggages.

Room nr 8 recently refurbished and thai food in hotel is excellent (based on the name we were expecting latino food, but there must have been a recent change of proprietor) and it's position in the center of reims

No climate control, the noice from the square prevent opening the windows at night, no breakfast in hotel (but on square where the hotel is situated, additional cost) surveilled public parking around the corner of the hotel (additional cost)

Location : close to attractions; helped take my baggage up 3 flights of stairs. Room: clean, with bare necessities (two small cakes of bath soap, 2 small sachets shampoo). Mobile wifi available.

Wifi for computer only available on floor below. Proprietor could be more hospitable and gracious about giving instructions to enter/depart accommodation. No drinking glass.

perfect location in the heart of Reims entertainment, dining, transport. walkable. quiet. Eric was extremely helpful. good value for money.

I specifically booked this hotel bc it's in the city square and wanted to be no more than a 10 min walk to most of the places I'd be visiting during my 2-day stay. My wife appreciated that the water in the shower was always as hot as she wanted it to be. Overall cleanliness was good too.

There wasn't an elevator and My family didn't appreciate that our rm, with 2 double beds, was on the 4th floor when it didn't appear that anyone else was staying at the hotel. The Wi-Fi didn't work on the 4th floor. It's 2022. Don't tell me to go to the reception floor (floor 1) if i want my Wi-Fi to work. I played for Wi-Fi, it's assumed that it works in the rm.

The rooms were basic and needed redecorating/updating. as wallpaper was falling off the wall and windows struggled to open or work. Staff members are absent.

The location is great and the room is cosy.

There is no elevator, so please be careful what luggage you keep on you. The toilet could be cleaned much better, but it doesn't smell bad. The reception is almost always empty so you have to go to the cafe to find help. There is no kettle and my room on the top floor has no wifi.
