The location was central to town and quiet, while the room was generous in size and had almost everything I needed. Parking was very easy, and located close to, but not immediately adjacent to the room, which I appreciated as there were no cars driving past the room.
The bed was too soft - I felt like I was sleeping on a marshmallow. The lower wall tiles in the shower suite have seen better days, and could be replaced. There was also no moisturiser provided in the bathroom accessories, which was disappointing for an Executive Suite, particularly as the bathroom furniture was laid out as if something was clearly missing. Finally, there was no milk upon arrival, and I had to call reception (which wasn't open) at 7pm to request milk, which arrived about 30 minutes later.

The property was neat, tidy and fresh. Had everything we needed plus snacks (for an extra charge).
Room needed a little more attention to detail when cleaning, just around the toilet and bottom of the shower where the glass meets the tiles, but otherwise cannot fault it.

Location. Warm. Nice size room. Mini kitchen was great. Modern, clean & fresh.
Mattress was a bit firm for my comfort, but understand what suits me might be different to others. This is my only dislike.

Communication was excellent as we arrived later in the afternoon. We were contacted with details of where to find the key etc. When we arrived the aircon was on for us warming the room from the chilly Millthorpe weather.

Great location in the beautiful little town of Millthorpe. Enjoyed our short stay here.

We knew we would be checking in after reception closed, we contacted the motel before we booked and asked if we could check in late. The reception staff were lovely, and said not a problem, asked us who we would book through and said he would keep an eye out for the booking. Within a few minutes of booking, the motel called us back, gave us a complimentary upgrade and provided instructions on after-hours check-in. The room was amazing, spacious and super clean. It looked like it was either relatively new or freshly refurbished. The bed was huge and super comfortable. Hot shower, a sofa to sit on as well, and a kitchenette. Car parking was an open air car park very close to the room. The restaurants were close and really good food. We will be back.
