good, location, price and comfortable room
noise from staff setting up level 5 restaurant from about 4am. lots of banging and loud voices (we were on L4)

Checking in and out was quite straightforward. Dinner and breakfast staff were very efficient and friendly. Our room was quiet considering we were on the corner suite opposite the train station and had all the facilities needed for a one night stay and the bed was reasonably comfortable although would have preferred softer pillows.
Probably nothing as we were quite satisfied overall. The rooms looked a little old and dated and could do with some renovations but this is only a personal observation. Other guests may quite like the overall appearance of Hotel Michelangelo Palace and Spa as it is.

the location was perfect as we traveled in and out of the train station. the breakfast was wonderful and the amenities were outstanding
the bed was a bit hard and the pillows were very flat….not good for a side sleeper. maybe offer both flat and a bit fuller ones?

Convenient location, near the train station.
Lovely hotel, with gym, swimming pool and a free, covered car park.
The hall is big and comfortable, with sofas and a lovely bar.
The wardrobe area in the bedroom was dark (even with the lights on), so we had to use our mobile to light up the inside of the wardrobe.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable and the blanket was very thin. Overall for the price and four stars i am used to better hotels. But probably in Terni it's a different standard.
