Very central to location. Amazing staff. Rooms are easy accessible from the car park. Bed is comfy.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and check in was simple The location was excellent, close to the High Street but very quiet Parking was free and secure

The air con was not working, and the heating in the bathroom was permanently on and could not be turned down which made it uncomfortable to sleep. stains on the ceiling and room could do with some painting.

Easy to find, great on-site parking. Very friendly staff.

Soap and shampoo dispensers in shower were empty. First shower was hot but second luke-warm. TV was rather small (larger one would be easier to watch from bed.

Location, accommodation and service were all up to the usual standard - however there was a small niggle which I will outline in the 'what didn't you like' dialogue.

A new policy (started Feb 2023) means those using the car park will be charged £4 if the booking was not made direct with the hotel. As a regular visitor, I was used to free parking. When I made my booking here this was not disclosed, so I view this as a cheeky bit of stealth taxation on what was already quite an expensive room.

small details re housekeeping, eg bathroom bins broken (we informed at previous stay & always the same story) Bedside light not working (should be checked before each stay) Extra charge for having room serviced is unfair.

Bathroom looking a little ‘tired’ and needing repair to skirting board to shower as water damaged.

The location was great for being near Warner Bros studio Tour, also plenty of places to eat around the area, lovely canal walks

It needs some TLC

Location is fab, carpark. Staff are friendly

We have stayed here 4 times now, the last 2 in the same room coincidentally, 35. The shower is on a hand mixer and is impossible to control. It's so hot you can't get under it. You adjust a millimetre, and it goes stone cold. Then back to boiling. All the bathrooms need thermostatic shower bars.

The mattresses were poor, you could feel the springs.

There was and additional electric heater but the legs were broken. We informed Reception.

In a great and central location with Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are a good size and clean.

Some minor marks on the wall in the corridors and my room had a dripping tap but nothing major.

The location was ideal and the hotel has secure car parking.

The room is very basic, tiny TV, the carpet in the room was unclean and notably stained. The sound insulation in the room is really poor.
