We loved our stay in Sorrento. The hotel is located along the cliff, it is amazing. We had a beautiful view from our hotel room of the marina grande. You just walk about 20 minutes to the city centre. The staff is very helpful and friendly! The view from the breakfast terrace is magnificent... Recommended!

The views were spectacular! The pool is a lovely size, not too big or small. Parking was fantastic as we had a rental car.

The breakfast could be better, not a great selection.

We loved Settimo Cielo, our double room was clean and comfortable. It had the most amazing view. All the staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly. Breakfast room had great views and breakfast was tasty. Swimming pool was great and again had fantastic views of the sea and coast line. It was a short stroll in to the Sorrento shops, bars, restaurants etc.

Nothing. It’s not the most modern hotel but offers wonderful views and value for money.

EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT CLEAN, FRIENDLY, COMFORTABLE , CONVENIENT IT WAS PERFECT ... NO NEGATIVE POINTS AT ALL I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT AND IF I SHOULD BE BACK IN SORRENTO I WOULD RETURN THERE

MAYBE MORE TOWELS AND SHAMPOO AND KETTLE IN THE ROOM TO MAKE TEA/ COFFEE AND TWO OR THREE CUPS ON A TRAY

My favorite hotel in Sorrento! The location is STUNNING and the balcony alone is worth a long stay! Thanks to the kind staff and beautiful rooms, I found it to be the best stay on the Amalfi coast! I LOVE the fact that the hotel is just a 10 minute walk from Sorrento center!

The view is amazing, but be aware, you get next to no sun on your balcony, at least not in late September.

The hotel is very old, and in desperate need of a complete renovation. The breakfast was sorely lacking, and could easily have been much better with little to no effort. We were promised wi-fi in all rooms, but the Wifi accessible in the rooms was password-protected with a different password than what was given in the reception. I asked three different receptionists regarding this issue, and none them knew the password. Very annoying if you need to get some work done.

Absolutely loved the staff. Extremely accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. The pool was great, not many people out. The hotel is quiet with a gorgeous view. The rooms are a bit outdated but I personally enjoyed it.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was very dark. There were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom and the breakfast was weak and not very tasty at all.

The hotel was fantastic - not only the location was beautiful and the views gorgeous but also the staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating. A few things that surprised me most positively were how fast and accessible everywhere Wifi was (people at our trip worked from home and never had any issues with connection which was exceptionally good), many spaces to sit around/work outside in common areas with a breathtaking view, delicious breakfast accompanied by smooth jazz music and the hotel view, and proximity to the center of Sorrento (10 min walk to get to the town).

Front desk area is dated and could use renovation to provide initial reaction of greater care of property but rooms were as pictured and very nice. Had a great stay.

The hotel was a great area with great views, the staff was super friendly, the rooms was clean and the pool was clean. Breakfast was nice. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had about the city, on our last night we was checking out at 12 but our flight wasn't until 8pm, they let us stay in our room until 4pm at no extra cost. Very nice

The rooms was alittle outdated, the room was clean and lovely but the wardrobe had a fusty smell that we didn't want to put our clothes in

The beautiful views from the balcony. Unbelievable 😍 I miss them already. Town is only a 10 min walk away which was handy. The hotel is spotless, cleaner comes in daily to clean the room. Effective air conditioning and the pool was so clean and lovely infact we had the pool to ourselves! Staff friendly and always there for advice and information.

The room was very dated with firm beds on wheels which move when you turn over in bed. Musty smell in the room too which I think must be due to the age of the hotel rather than the cleanliness. The towels are very thin so not very absorbent, I’d recommend you take your own or buy some when you’re there. The coffee was not good at breakfast which is disappointing because we had to skip the breakfast and ended up paying in a cafe each day.
