Breakfast fine. Staff helpful and pleasant. Location - which we knew and chose for that - good. Food at dinner good - but see below.

Re dinner - we were booked in for 3 nights and intended to dine at the hotel each night. First night we all found a dish we liked (3 choices of starter, 3 choices of mains). But not being fish eaters reduced it to 2 choices! The second night we saw the menu was exactly the same. We were told it would not be changed until October. So we had to take taxis into town and back, as we wanted to have a drink (or two!). We have stayed there several times for more than one night, and do not recall being presented with such limited menu options. Perhaps we have misremembered? Our other problems came from faulty door and gate locks to the rooms - there was one change of room since even the staff could not lock the doors but the replacement room was not much better - could only be accessed via bathroom! It is unfortunate that important details such as this are not checked beforehand!

but to expensive for the service offered, Every small additional service is charged.

The property is very beautiful and very relaxed

Stunning scenery, stunning wildlife, lovely modern rustic architecture, close proximity to the sea and saintes maries de la mer! Strangely the hotel restaurant was closed monday and tuesday during peak season but once opened, excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return

The accommodation is in a beautiful surrounding and the hotel in general is neat.

The cleaning of the room was not done properly as we found dead wood louses and a piece of a broken glass in our room. When we complained at the check out that they have charged to much for the massage we had to discuss the issue for at least 30 min until they reluctantly reduced the price (the amount was ~3% of the total sum we have paid). The hotel and the staff are nice in general but really not worth the price.

If more fresh tomatoes and fruits (peach, melon, apricot and prums) of the region had been served, it would have been better. The menu of dinner might have been changed everyday.

The room was a good size. The bed was large and comfortable. The toy flamingo for our daughter was a nice touch. The pool lovely and warm too. Unfortunately this does not make up for the things that are wrong with the property and would not return or recommend. It is far too expensive for what it is even know peak season

Rooms were very disappointing. The photographs were very misleading. No Wi-Fi in room at all although particulars clearly state Wi-Fi throughout the property. This was a huge problem for my husband who had to work. The staff were extremely unhelpful and said they would look into moving us but never did. We would never have booked if could not have Wi-Fi. They have a real problem with smells of sewage. Could not smell in our room luckily but immediately once outside. Breakfast is very chaotic and had to wait 30 minutes for a coffee.
