Located in the heart of the old town, the stuff was very helpful and very nice, the property is pretty and the breakfast is amazing!
There are several locations for the rooms which requires you to walk in the morning to get to the breakfast. Our room was also under street level and had a really bad humidity smell.

Great location! Staff we super helpful, happy and always available. Our room was lovely, the cleaners did an amazing job each day! The breakfast was a highlight as everything was so fresh. The bike rental was great for us to get around as we were without a car. The beach club was 10 minutes away and the perfect place to relax. Would stay again!!

Excellent accomodation fulfilled with execptional breakfast with groceries mainly produced in Orosei and sorounding villages. They also thought about gluten free and vegan choice.

The breakfast was very good and the place where you eat it was very nice (the rooms are in separate buildings from the reception and breakfast, a short walk). The staff were very nice.
The cleaning was poor, we had a dirty glass for 2 days in a row, they just dry it and put it upside down pretending it was clean, I've called the reception 3 times about this matter and nothing was done, not even in the following day after cleaning the room, poor managment. There was a high window on our room where the light would come in and we couldn't sleep after 6 am, there was no way to cover it, maybe some eye cover could fix this for you. The TV command didn't work, not even with new batteries. There is no free water in the room, you have to pay 1.5€ per small bottle from mini-bar, the tap water is not drinkable. I would not recommend this place, I gave it a 6 because of the breakfast.

The place looks really beautiful. The welcoming at the reception is really nice. we got an upgrade and the house was really nice and clean. The breakfast in the garden was excellent as well.
Everything was fine but if I must say something it’s that the walls are very thin so you hear the neighbors and the patio is not very comfortable.

Lovely room, right in the middle of a small charming town. Breakfast was superb.
The hotel has a couple of buildings dotted around; we were in the Annexe so a separate building only about 75 meters from the main building. Beds were really comfy and it was quiet.
They also have a “beach club” with sun beds and a bar at the local beach a short 2km drive away, although it wasn’t open when we stayed (late May).
Lovely old building too, very pretty.
This is only a minor thing but the Receptionist seemed mortally offended that my wife didn’t have ID on her (we were staying in the south and came up here just for 1 night). We had digital copy so it was fine in the end, but that cut short any of the usual pleasantries about where to visit in town etc; it felt like we had been very naughty children! So, make sure you both have ID, not just the booker.

The location is perfect, you will find yourself in a beautiful old town with lots of flowers and historical buildings. The breakfast location was like in a movie, with big options to eat! We loved it!
The service, receptionist, housekeeper all did amazing job! Lovely people.
The best thing we found was the restaurant they have. Its located on top of the building with stunning views on ocean and town. Its romantic place with great service ( Sara, Vania, Laura) who are a family and making people happy and laugh. A plus note is also food they serve! fresh seafood with lots of flavours. Its like a 100 star points

As we know we booked a small double room with balcony... The room was very very small. In case if anyone needs alot of space like us then i would recommend a bigger rooms they offer.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Nice beach club, although sunbeds with extra charge. Good breakfast. We had a problem with shower drain at the first day and the staff fixed the problem very fast. Loved the ambience!

The hotel has a beach club which offers so much convenience for enjoying the beach only 5 minutes’ away by car. The breakfast is excellent with the traditional Sardinian products. The fruits they put are well-selected.
