This is an amazing place to stay. Breakfast excellent each morning & nice menu to choose from. Staff are exceptional especially Emerald she couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms modern, spacious & spotless. Highly recommend & will definitely be back

Das Anastasia Princess is a beautiful place. So glad we found it. The whole place is put together with such great attention to detail. Sophisticated, chic and warm. You can tell the owners put a lot of love into it. The team around them is amazing and are so friendly. Emerald, Rose and Zoe are always there to make your stay the best it can be. After just a short while at the Anastasia Princess you feel like you are among friends. The location is perfect. Right across the beautiful black sand beach where the Anastasia has its own stretch reserved. Would definitely return.

The newer part is very pretty. The beach is set up with very nice cabanas and lounging chairs and beds.

The gym is in a room with a bedroom and a massage table and jacuzzi. It just looked like a weird setup. You have to book a time to go to the gym. We were wanting to do a massage, but luckily we saw the gym and realized the massage would be in that room and decided not too. It would be a private massage, but the whole setup didn’t feel spa like as other nice hotels we have stayed. We wanted to use our private jacuzzi, and were so excited to, but when we got in the water was barely even warm. My husband asked if we could go to the jacuzzi in the gym/spa area, and they charged us $50 euros for it. When we got there, we realized it was the same temp as our private one, so we decided to leave. We did notify them of the temp and they decided not to charge us, which was great customer service. They did inform us that the owner adjusted the temp and we may go back and try for free, but we never did. We tested our private one out, and it was slightly warmer, but not at all like a hot jacuzzi. This was very disappointing to us, because we were really looking forward to enjoying our private jacuzzi and never were able to. The transport to and from port was around $50 euros. We feel like they were charging us way too much. In Mykonos and the other islands we were only charged $30 euros. We understand they need to make their money, but it was really draining to pay $100 in just two taxi rides. I’m not sure if this is part of the hotel accommodations or the taxi, so I apologize if it’s has nothing to do with hotel. The free breakfast was ok, but lacked a variety. There were a lot of pastries and dry cereal, but not a lot of fresh food. All of the juice was out of a machine and not fresh. The breakfast area was very nice though, and was decorated well.

We stayed at the Anastasia as part of our honeymoon, best decision! The staff were all super friendly and kind, making us feel extra special with recognising our honeymoon with a room upgrade which was amazing. Beautiful hotel with two pools and excellent location next to Perissa beach. The room we had was exceptionally clean and a great size at the back of the hotel so very quiet. Homemade continental breakfast every day which was very tasty and good variety. Great location for restaurants and you had access to the beach with free sunbeds with staying at the hotel. Amazing support from the staff with booking transfers for a winery trip and advice with a boat trip, thank you for organising for us. We stayed 5 nights and wished we had stayed longer! Would definitely come back and recommend for anyone to book with visiting Santorini. Thank you so much for making our trip so special.

This is a family owned property. They all take great pride in their property. The service is fabulous and friendly. The rooms and entire property is beautiful. Nothing is spared. Something gorgeous wherever you look. Our stunning suite had a pool and beach view. Breakfast was also fantastic. What can I say… Paradise!!!

The service is spectacular. Upon arrival we were greeted by Emerald who processed everything for us including our car rental who came around 5 minutes upon booking. We were also offered a very good breakfast upon arrival (this is the only time we ate because of our schedule). The room is very comfortable and the ac is cold.

We like everything about the hotel except their airport/hotel pick up. Even before arriving in Santorini we asked the management to book us a big van back and forth because we have 6 big luggages for our total of 6-week trip (for 3 pax). The first pick up was fine. The one going back to the airport is not okay at all. We had to leave for the airport at 4:30am, so we carefully and quietly brought our bags down from the 2nd floor. But when the driver helped us bring the remaining 2 bags, he was really loud to the point that other rooms were disturbed and turned on their lights to check the noise. In addition he was shouting really loud that we hurry up, so disturbing the other people more (we were not even late, it was before 4:30am). Upon arrival at the airport he dropped 1 of our rimowas and even complaint to us why we had so much bags. He didnt even apologized about dropping our bag.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, nice staff, design of the hotel is so beatiful and super cosy with all the colors and decorations!! Fantastic breakfast with lot of homemade stuff, nice swimming pools, modern and clean private gym in the basement with a spa is TOP - our jaws literally dropped when we entered there!!! Located just 50 metres from the beach and all the restaurants, sunbeds on the beach are free of charge everywhere (you just buy drinks or have lunch there) , bus stop 200metres away, bus goes every 30mins to the main town Fira. We will definitely come again :)

Standard orange juice from supermarket is served free of charge, but if you want freshly squeezed one you have to pay extra. I give this hotel 10 points out of 10, but if the freshly squeezed juice for breakfast is free of charge, that would make this hotel 11 points out of 10 points :)

The customer service was excellent. Probably the best I've experienced in any hotel. The staff were always around to answer questions and give good advice. Breakfasts were the highlight and filled us up for most of the day.

Struggling to think of anything negative. I found the bed a little bit hard but soon got used to it. Hotel is great for easy beach access but a bit far away from the main cities if you don't rent a car (easy bus routes, however).
