Service was sensational, Manageress Tima was the best. I had my mum with me for the trip and she needed some help as she finds it hard to walk to far since she had her hip replacement op.

Beds and couches in lounge were a bit uncomfortable. but the rest of the accommodation was sensational.

The property is all over great, good location and had all we needed. Very spacious for our group of 6 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hosts / owners were very accommodating in our requests and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Given the remoteness of Norfolk Island, it’s totally understandable that things aren’t as new as they are on the mainland, but everything was clean and worked perfectly.

location was good and amenities were good. good size fridge and gas worked fine. friendly staff and helpful, loved free bananas.

The property is in a great location - close to town. The two bedroom unit was well organised and comfortable. Timia is a great host and shows attention to detail. the welcome pack of food and provisions is great as food is expensive at Norfolk Island.

the internet provision is great - 10 GB but the reception is low. it would be great if Norfolk Telecom provided tourists more data on the tourist plan. we decided to focus on being off the grid rather than trying to connect to the internet.

The location is great. The room was nice and bed ok.

Upon check in we had to endure the manager ramble on and on as well as listening to all the other idiots checking in. That's an hour of my life I'll never get back! Then I was over charged for the insurance on the car. My room was meant to come with a bottle of sparkling wine and Devonshire tea, didn't get either. [con job]. Checkout was 10 am, at 9:55 the owner let himself in and started yelling at us to "get out now". Then when we returned the included car, he said as an actuation, oh I here there was trouble at the RSL. When asked what trouble he just said "I don't know" It was as if he was implying we had something to do with it but I quickly let him know, we never went to the RSL. Rude angry man. Plus, he had just walked in the previous night with his 2 dogs. I'm sorry, I don't like dogs and I don't want them inside the place I'm paying for. The spa pool is dirty and broken and the day spa was closed. Waste of time and money. My suggestion, find somewhere better.
