El personal era muy amable, el apartamento muy bien equipado y acogedor. Las vistas eran preciosas.

El sofá era un poco incómodo y en la cocina había algunos utensilios sucios.

Molt ben situat, tant del poble com de pistes.

Els coixins del llit no són gaire còmodes.

I do not like anything and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I have been to many hotels /accommodations during my 45 years but this is the worst place I have been. I am shocked how rating in Booking can be so high ! Booking team needs to check the reviews as according to me reviews are not realistic

The fact how we were treated - they took as deposit 250 and after that on the check out we were suppose to throw our garbage and clean the apartment which is not indicated anywhere ! On the check out, staff come and start counting glasses and dishes .....which is for me absolutely ridiculous. Bed sheets were not put on the bed when we come in the room and we were suppose to put them on the bed. This is at least the smallest thing staff need to prepare in your room when you pay 100 euro per night ! We were 3 nights and the first night heating in the room was not working and during winter time this is a big issue. Temperature was 14 degrees in the room during the night and I become sick ! Who will compensate me for this in case 1 out of 3 nights, facility did not provide us normal conditions to live in the studio. You cannot even go and use the lobby or have any support on site as the reception is opened only 4 hours during the check in/out hours. After that they close reception and the access to the lobby ! You cannot rely on any support ......

The service provided was not nice ( basically we were explained what we HAVE to do and our obligations were endless, compared with what we had available). Poor facilities in the residence: no mobile coverage in the building, wifi only at the reception which was open 4 hours per day, but I needed wifi to work. The espresso coffee machine is at the reception so you can use it only within the 4 hours when the reception is open. I was very disappointed to clean twice: at the check-in and at the check-out, even though I have paid for the cleaning included in my booking.com reservation. We were not informed that we have to pay 250 deposit at check-in, then I could not pay the hotel and the manager Sabrina refused to give us the key until we pay, we tried with 4 bank cards and strangely all were refused except the last one, by some reason. The manager who tried to serve us did not speak English very well and finally, she explained in a very complex way how to get to our room in FRENCH, however, we do not speak as we are not obliged to speak french! The heating did not work in the kid´s room, but the reception was closed and we had no support at night. The experience was very unpleasant and happened for the 1st time in my life since I´m traveling a lot all over the world for 20 years. We didn´t feel welcome and with care for as customers. Some of the staff were really nice though. But in general, will not recommend it and will never come back here again!

Pool rules are very restrictive. They enforce the use of tight swimwear for men. I brought my trustworthy board shorts with me, so couldn't try out the pool. Also, be ready to clean if you don't want to pay the cleaning fee. But, I find it reasonable compared to other apartments in which you don't have an option and always have to pay a cleaning fee.

Staff were very nice, very quiet area, very confortable. We loved it.

Swimming pool and gym close at 7pm. Wish it would open longer.
