bit noisy can hear people in corridors and as we had an adjoining room could hear next door clearly

Comfortable spacious room. Good sized bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen had 2 hot plates, microwave, fridge and plates, cutlery etc for 2 people in room. Small table and desk and balcony. A communal pool downstairs with gym. Communal access to 3 industrial strength dryers and 2 working industrial strength washing machines, free for guest use
It needs some landscaping around the building as feel as those it is sitting in shopping centre car park.

I liked the cleanliness and facilities. Liked the kitchen facilities and communal free laundry facilities. close to shopping, practically in the shopping centre car park. Good steak restaurant downstairs
Felt like it was situated in the car park of shopping centre. On first floor room had lights from shopping centre car park still seeping through blockout curtains. Did not like that you could not have an extension of a 3 hour later check out without having to pay a whole night. In the end took extra 1 and half hour free late check out and went to Crocodylas zoo on way to airport with luggage to kill time. would have been happy to pay half night cost to check out later in the day

The staff were amazing, I had pre ordered groceries and they not only put them into my room, they even put the perishables into the fridge and freezer, so impressed!!

A very basic room and everything seemed a bit tired and dated. The shower was tight to get in and out of due to small space. We had to ask for replacement towels on one of the days we were there as the “fresh” towels were stained. Parking is an extra cost, but due to the property’s location you wouldn’t risk parking anywhere else.

Room was looking out over a carpark and target loading dock. Adjoining door so I could hear the conversations and noise from next room. Poorly ventilated bathroom. TV quite small and only local stations available (no streaming options)

the booking was messed up, took over 30 mins to sort out even after i had a copy of the confirmation.
Manager informed me i was luck there was 1 room left, i was not happy with that response
