Tamanho da suíte bem confortável

A suíte já deveria passar por uma reforma, carpete muito velho

Quarto muito confortável, funcionários exemplares adoramos o lugar.

Carpete!!!!!! Eu e meu filho temos alergia.! Meu bebê tossiu e espirrou o tempo todo. O lugar é muito grande poderia ter mais piscinas, o resort estava lotado então as piscinas ficaram pequenas para tanta gente!!!! Não tinha lugar para sentar.!

Quartos super confortáveis, equipe de recreação nota mil, estrutura maravilhosa. Amamos

Lack of orientation regarding activities

Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were very good.

The room and bathroom were very unimpressive for the cost. This was the tiniest bathroom ever.

All staff were very kind

My shower drain was clogged

Awesome staff, lovely rooms, stunning outdoors… again… the staff at the front desk, the waiters at the restaurants they are absolutely lovely, genuinely sweet people, willing to help any time. Wendell and Anna and Gabriella at the front desk are AMAZING. Mr. Gonçalo or Gonçalves (Sir with glasses) at restaurant Villa Real is the sweetest most attentive man! Simply wonderful People at this resort. HR really does a beautiful job with their wonderful staff!

Very poor breakfast, and staff running around to close and turn the restaurant over for lunch hotel is a resort but also does a lot of Function and Business Events, however the organisation of restaurants is mainly focus on the big groups, as for us family looking to relax in a Resort ends up Being affected. Very loud ambiance at the restaurant, super busy… not a Luxury Resort vibe at all. Very high rate for what is delivered.

Terrible value for the money; priced as a 5 stars hotel with services and infrastructure (including rooms) of a 3 stars.
