They didn't answer on mail questions on email several times to arrange me taxi from the airport to hotel.

Nothing i liked in this hotel apart from the location
Very poor facility from help desk, they didn't pick up call, they didn't answer properly. They allocated room without proper cleaning and while we complained about that they charged additional cost for that.
