The staff are excellent! Front Desk A+, Parking attendant A+ Helped us park and carried all our things to our room. We love that it has an eat in restaurant and we do not have find a place to eat and figure out how to get there after a long day on the road. The wait staff aim to see that your needs are met. Our two visits were a month apart. Jesus remembered my name AND my husband's name after only meeting us once a month earlier! He even remembered what I had for breakfast. He gets an A+++ We will be staying there again in a few days.

It was not easy to find or navigate where to turn..............but after one visit, we found the place quickly the second time.

The location is so good, and really close to many strategic points in the city.

The hotel was a very nice place 15 years ago, but sadly, it was never renewed. The rooms are now ancient, including the tv, the bathroom is the worst part, the extractor was not working, and the shower was full of tartar. Also, I thought the room included a hairdryer but it did not. In general, maintenance is required for this place.
