the pools were lovely

We got given the wrong room as staff gave this to other people so they gave us a refund not inpressed. the lady at the desk WAS SICK, WEAR A MASK I DONT WHAT TO CATCH YOUR GREMS. Her voice spoke in a rude way when I was asking her something in a nice way , was loud at night time the heater on the wall couldn't plug in as the power point had been place fair away and the fridge didn't work creating are food to go off thank you will not be staying here again

We arrived too late to either order breakfast or enjoy the pool/spa (our own fault, of course, as we were travelling) but the proprietor was very kind and accommodating with our late arrival. There were lots of heaters available which was great as the nights have been cooling down. Although the facilities are getting older, the bedding was fresh and new and clean and very comfortable.

They were so understanding we were pretty loud the last night . And the spa was amazing

The room was an amazing size. The water pressure in the shower was great

The traffic noise was an issue but having said that I realise that is what you are going to encounter when in a central location.

Clean comfortable beds, full servicing, cooking facilities, good amenities and a lovely host

A longer couch or more furniture in lounge of family units

location was good and the room was decent for a nights stay. Plenty of parking around the site.

Walls are quite thin, you can hear the neighbours bathroom and even conversations.

Affordable, clean and near everything. Also the staff are lovely and awesome.

Is on a main road, so a bit noisy overnight when trucks went through
