Atención y ubicación
Las duchas algo tapadas, el secador de pelo no tiraba aire caliente...(hay que cambiarlo!!).
Para llegar a las camas del entrepiso hay una escalera metalica súper peligrosa, llegas a subir o bajar algo dormido y es muy fácil golpearse.
Le falta una cocinita, Copenhague es un sitio bastante caro y poder ir al super y cocinarse algo siempre ayuda.

Le zone comuni sono bellissime, è pieno di divani e tavoli per fare amicizia, ci sono giochi come biliardo, biliardino, freccette. Lo staff è gentile e le stanze sono pulite. Ottimi anche i bagni, puliti e dotati di tutto il necessario.

Stuff is very helpful, also for late checkin after midnight. There is everything you need and rooms are spacious.

The black mould in the shower... very dangerous! Cleaning staff need to be more thorough! And the fact that it was on the swiffer as well...

The staff was really nice and the bathrooms were quite clean, which is super important for me. I loved the lockers inside the rooms too, it would open with the key to the room so it was very safe and great, I had never seem those type of lockers in hostels before and it was the best.
As I stayed in a 10-people room, there were stairs to my bed, sort of like a second floor to the room, and it was a bit too tight, I'm a 1,53m person and my head would actually touch the ceiling, the stairs weren't simple to climb neither, I think it's the only flaw I found in fact.

Service from staff was very grateful. The beds and the room were clean. Facilities on the hostel were very complete with activities offered.

Firstly, there was an old towel left in the room from the previous guests that had forgotten to be cleaned away. Secondly, there was no light in the private room at all for the evenings, only a tiny desk light that one person could use. We had to ask a member of staff if we could take a light from the common room, which should really not have to be our job when on holiday.

Perfect little place to stay, very close to multiple bus and metro stops. The staff is really nice and helpful, the provided breakfast was also very good. Even though we were a bit nervous about it being mainly a dorm, because of the sound, this in the end was not a problem.
