I found the room to be clean, and good size and quiet considering its near the busy freeway. The bathroom was larger than expected with the nice touch of toiletries provided. Is walking distance to Darling Harbour , Paddys Markets and Chinatown. Would definitely stay there again when next in Sydney to see a show.

The room was newly renovated and very clean.
We were woken up at 3am by loud noises from the hallway. A group of rowdy and unruly adults just came back at 3am and were making lots of noise in the hallway. They were talking, shouting and laughing really loudly that it woke us up from our sleep. I have an 8 yr old daughter with me and she’s also woken up by the noise. We had an early morning flight to catch in the morning and because of this nuisance, we lost sleep. I called the reception desk to inform this. But the noise continued in their rooms. Unfortunately, one of their room is next to mine. So the noise had moved from the hallway to the room. The noise continued till about 6am when we had to check out to catch our flight.
As we were waiting for the valet to drive our car to the hotel lobby, we saw 2 ladies in skimpy clothes leaving the hotel waiting for Uber.

The hotel is convenient located near the Darling Harbour and the Town Hall. The suite was quite comfortable although a room with a better view would have been welcome. The water filter served its purpose and obviated the need for buying plastic bottled water.

On Arrival the Valet Parking guys Welcomed like family. Check in was a breeze and Room 811 was beautiful.

Lovely accommodation, spacious & comfortable room with all amnesties, a quick walk to Darling Harbour. Late checkout was much appreciated & easy to get & breakfast in the dining room was yummy with excellent service.
The only thing missing was a nice view from our 9th floor room.

Staff responsive is excellent. The initial room assigned has a broken door latch, which was unacceptable. After speaking to Ms. Hai, the front desk personnel, we were assigned another room instantly. She apologised for the inconvenience caused.

I liked that it was decent. Room service was everyday, they came and clean the roon and changed sheets and i like the fact that it has no balcony since i had younger kids with me.
I didnt like that they hardly had the small stuff eg cups spoons
Also the in room service was over priced and overcooked so we had to uber eats the majority of our stay.

This is my 3rd time staying here on business good size rooms with desk to be able to work from and close to Darling Harbour Restaurants & bars. Also have onsite parking which is hard to find in Sydney City

It was a nice enough stay, the hotel is very functional and generic. The rooms were lovely but not much personality. Felt very 90s. But overall, a good stay.

Location is awesome with a very short 2 min walk to Darling Harbour with a huge range of bars, cafes and restaurants.
Cost for 1 night was ridiculous. Bad timing on our part with the Ed sheran concert plus the Pride week too. But seems like gouging really when prices are not normally that bad! ($650 for 1 night)
