All good suited our requirements for comfort and location.

Room was very clean great location for my conference needs....great coffee and breakfast cafe across the street and grocery store so very handy. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Just need to change on the website that you don't have a gym.

The bed only had legs on one side so collapsed

Soap holder in the shower had broken off and wasn't fixed until 2 days later. Kitchen table was broken and not fixed. One bed lamp switch was faulty, reported and replaced next day.

location reception staff were friendly

no room servicing (cleaning etc) for the entire 3 night stay because of holidays, but still charged holiday rates tv balanced precariously on shelf, remote didn’t match, no instructions. mini sound system but not able to be plugged in to electricity bed was very sunken on one side bathroom layout was very awkward- shower door was hard to open and the soap holder was right in the entrance to the shower so constantly bumped it.

that inside of the apartment was spacious, although somewhat shabby

I think we were put in the worst room in the building. All three large balcony doors opened up onto the car park next door so unfortunately we could not open our curtains at all which made it very dark and dingy. We most certainly would never return to this apartment should not be rented to anyone really. for the money we paid, and how early we booked in for the fact I have stayed there many times before. I just do not understand them being allowed to rent out an apartment in this position.

Very handy to the train station. Felt very secure with swipe card to access hotel after the check in area. Very quiet, comfy bed, kitchenette had everything I needed.
