Perfect location
Bedrooms downstairs to living room.

Great location and view from balcony, watching the sunset in comfort. Comfy bed and good shower. Off street parking was handy, especially as road was quite crowded during the day.
Limited equipment in kitchen, had to ask for an oven tray. But Elena came down to give us one, although it was after hours.
We were locked out on second day as we had not been given all the keys. Again, Elena came down and sorted it out. But this issue must be addressed for the future.

The location was just perfect, adjacent to the foreshore, the unit was just across the road. The sunset from our balcony was just so nice in the evenings, we didn't need to go to the beach to take photos unless needed the landscape background. The area would suite a photographer if wanting a unique backdrop. We didn't use the pool area during our stay as the beach had all we required, however parents and children visiting loved the pool.
Location, location, location, if you are looking for a quiet relaxing or romantic holiday and no stress in your life.
Everything was just so good, there was nothing we didn't like about the facility or management. If anyone can find something to complain about, they may as well stay at home and leave the complex for those who wish to enjoy a "Great" relaxing holiday.

The beachfront unit was just as described and had a lovely view of the ocean from the top level balcony. Carpets were a little tired, but the new management have been upgrading the apartments and it had been repainted. The replacing of carpets is next I was informed.
Bedrooms are a decent size with plenty of cupboard space. The 2 toilets were great, one upstairs and one downstairs.
A baking tray to use in the oven would be helpful.

Location is wonderful. Elana was just lovely. So accommodating to our needs. Pool and bbq area was excellent. Very well maintained and clean. Lovely view of the ocean.

This was our second visit. The new management were lovely and extremely helpful, even loaned us an esky 😊 the aircon was cold and the pool and BBQ area were great.
The Wifi was pretty bad but I believe management were looking at upgrading it so that would be helpful

The location is beautiful overlooking Horseshoe Bay. So tranquil sitting on the balcony and hearing the lapping waves. Also it is situated within a few minutes walk to all the restaurants on Horseshoe Bay. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen well equipped even with a dishwasher.
Our room was not ready until after 6 pm and cleaning took place while we waited. Needless to say it was not the welcome we wanted! Management was stressed with an overwhelming number of guests and trying to clean so many apartments at changeover. We were given an extension for checkout from 10 am to 10.30 am but management arrived with cleaning equipment at least a quarter of an hour to 20 minutes and started cleaning while we were pacing up! We found this very intrusive having agreed on the later checkout.

Very good size apartment with two bedrooms downstairs plus the bathroom. Upstairs was another toilet, laundry, kitchen, lounge and dining area, plus a balcony.
The apartment could have had a better clean, skirting boards were dirty as were fans and the floor wasn't as clean as it could have been. Bedding was clean and fresh though.

Lovely staff. Very helpful. We booked a beachfront Villa. Well worth the extra $.
Can never understand why holiday accommodation doesn't invest in comfy mattresses or really nice pillow options. There was also a significant ant and cockroach situation going on, but we were only there for the weekend and this could've been seasonal or impacted by the heatwave. The Villa was beautifully appointed (TV a bit small for the space but who watches tv when you're on the beach with a great view?) Staff were super super helpful and lovely. A group of 20 of us attended and we had an AWESOME weekend.
