Super komunikatywna i pomocny personel, wszystko wyjaśnione, pozdrawiam Christine. Lokalizacja - świetne widoki, basen, blisko sklep i restauracje. Wycieczki na okoliczne góry i wodospady. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicznych atrakcji. Wygodne łóżka, miękkie ręczniki i w pełni wyposażone apartamenty. Dobra jakość WiFi. Jest nawet suszarka do sałaty a meble balkonowe nie są plastikowe.

The location is spectacular with amazing views over lake Garda. The apartment was very clean with patio and outdoor tables and chairs. It had all of the essentials in the kitchen with bed linen and towels provided. The access to the pool was easy and the pool itself was lovely, although the water was a bit chilly. There is a basic gym above the reception area which was fantastic. The gardens / landscaping was well maintained and looked really nice. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and polite and provided good assistance and advice on where to go and what to do. The discount card was a nice touch too.

There were 5 of us so the couch bed in the living area was not ideal. Little sticky pads on the bottoms of the chairs would help reduce the noise when furniture was being moved around in adjacent apartments. A little more counter space in the kitchen would be useful and there was no oven. None of these items were sticking points for us, more just observations.

The view is spectacular, the photos don't do it justice! Nice, spacious and clean room with a great balcony and facilities. Lovely pool too. Perfect for a short stay.

Tricky roads up to and around the hotel but to be expected halfway up a mountain! Snacks and drinks on site were pricey.

The place is great. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony is outstanding. The staff was very friendly. Wish we could of stayed more.

Beds were not comfortable. As for the heating system, that didn't work properly, therefore it was quite cold there. It worth to mention that you are asked to take out rabbish. Otherwise you will be fined

Great apartments with view on lake ,people are extra kinde and everything is realy clean. For shure we will visit them again. I recomende to everyone
