On balance, the Nefeli is good value for money. But you have to be aware of what the balance is. On the positive side, the location of the hotel is fantastic (you're right on the beach), the rooms are spacious and nice, and the breakfast with home made things is wonderful. On the negative side, the infrastructure is tired and a bit worn out. You will encounter things like drawers that don't work and mirror cabinets that refuse to stay open. If these downs don't trouble you, then you can have a really good time in the hotel.

Tired infrastructure and lackluster maintenance.

The location was very good. It is near the windsurfing beach. They gave us a cup and magnet with the hotel logo as leaving gift.

Not all the facilities were delivered by the staff as described. The towels were changed only the day before we need to leave. The room was dirty and old even if they cleaned every day, only the table was new. The bed was very noisy. Very few kitchen dishes and very dirty.

Bad staff communication, the breakfast was poorly, no coffee cups, no forks, no salt, no tzatziki, no olives, no cheese for the first 4 days until we asked for it , the power went out for half a day

1. we want to take a hot shower after the beach and to wash off salt water but we didn’t have hot water at all and we were told to wait 1h to heat it up because “there are too many people in the hotel”. 2. personnel was nice except one person ,mr Nikolas, who were rude and not hospitable. 3. we weren’t able to use bicycles(what was on a list of hotel’s amenities) because they were all broken 4. we were looking for AC remote controller all over the room and later we asked a guy from reception for that and he brought several remote controllers from reception which means we didn’t have it in the room on a purpose which isnt nice when after exhausting day you what to relax but instead of that you have to find the remote in the room and go downstairs to ask for it.

A good range of options and nice to enjoy overlooking the beach in the beach bar area. Nico and his team are very friendly/welcoming. We'll be back!

It was possible to have the late check-in (23:30), we were welcomed with cold beer and water. The view from the balcony was very nice, the beach is just downstairs. Staff was helpful, even though they were closing the hotel next week they found something else for us to stay near by. It was clean, and you could see and hear the sea (or otherwise you close the balcony and don't hear it anymore). Breakfast was good, you won't be hungry afterwards, but what is important that not everything is available from the beginning (8:30).

The sink was leaking, but it wasn't very serious so I even haven't noticed the personnel. Provided cutlery and dishes for the kitchenette was very basic

Location is amazing and the staff are excellent. The view from the room is lovely.

The room really needs updating and equipping better, the beds are a little uncomfortable.

Spacious rooms with direct location at the beach. Almost equipped like a flat. Had a balcony with view to the sea. Parking in front of the entry. Very kind and helpful hoteliers! Always took care that everything is fine. Best value for money!
