Breakfast is always great and available till late. Hotel is near Sandton mall

The phone in the room did not connect every time to reception. Toilets were not cleaned properly and smelled a bit. This stay was not like our last stay which was very pleasant

No drinking water in rooms sounded very cheap

It was nice that there was secure parking and that we could walk to sandton mall from the location. We also really enjoyed the view of the city.

Security could have been a lottle better, it felt like anyone could get in and go up to the rooms.

Proximity to shopping mall

Load shedding has no backup. Used stairs from 7th floor for breakfast only to find out breakfast had bread, butter and fruits. No tea or coffee infact nothing was hot. Mince was soaked in cold solid fat , cold beans not even boiled eggs

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Ample parking in the parking garage. Safe location right next to the mall. The restaurant in the lobby was super convenient. The breakfast was vast and staff attending it were lovely. Nice to have a pool despite not using it.

The room was quite small for a family of four and limited space to place our luggage.

the place was excellent. the bar needs to add more drinks and brands. the breakfast was great. the staff was welcoming.

except for one old man part of the staff at breakfast tell him to fix his attitude towards people he's a nasty old man just forgot his name but i think he was the only old person during breakfast.

Convenient location

Room was very small. Bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was a typical 3 star spread and nowhere near the levels I expected arfer reading the reviews. Didnt even bother with breakfast after the first day

The bed was comfortable and the shower adequate

There was no bar fridge and the air conditioner blew hot air. I had to call for the technician who eventually fixed this problem in the morning. This resulted in my requesting assistance for medication of which none was available @ 3.00 am. I had to request a security officer from the hotel to accompany me to a service station to purchase panado.

It’s an excellent location . Just cross the road and you in Sandton city mall . Reasonably priced and good value for money

Can’t fault them

Breakfast was wonderful. I loved the pork sausages. Location was perfect. I wen to the convention center every day and the location was just right. Room was very clean. The aircon seems old and did not work. The carpets are old and worn out.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the room service was excellent

The complimentary water is not delivered to the room and has to be picked up from reception. This was not communicated during check-in and I had to call reception to ask if there was o complimentary water. The water should be handed when customers check in. There should also be information in the room on how to access the Wi-Fi, instead having to call reception to find out
