Location was excellent, both for work and for recreation (two nice parks are very nearby) and the staff were very helpful. Room was cleaned every second day which is more than fine for me.

The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The place is very quiet and the staff was nice. Location is good, a supermarket just beyond the corner and restaurants around it.

The wifi is not working... for this price? is unacceptable. The air conditioning is old and not cold at all. It is currently 34 celsius degrees and it not nice to stay in there with an air con system from the 90s... There are no tends on the windows only a white semi-transparent screen that diffuses light even more than a thin cheap tend. It is not good, not only for sleeping but also if you spend time in there working on your computer, I mean there is too much light in there. Laundry is too expensive and it is too expensive in general, is not an honest price for what it is. The moquette inside the building feels dirty and it is full of large spots that seems wet.

The breakfast was fine, about what I expected. Service was excellent! The location of this hotel is perfect, and that really was the deciding factor for me in choosing it. Free Wi-Fi was very fast. Booking was very easy. The refund policy was generous, but I didn't need to use it.

Yes, I had an economy single, but not having a window that could open was a drawback. Still, with the AC, it was very comfortable. Great value. Reception staff were very nice.

Reception desk was more than happy to accommodate any requests like checking in at 4am to ordering us taxis. Spoke perfect English which helped a lot. The rooms were perfect for 2 people. Plenty space and plenty warm. Hotel itself was only short 5/10 minute walk to the main street. Smashing coffee shop next door.

Don't think there was anything that didn't meet our expectations, although as a group we are fairly easy to place.

Breakfast was very basic, had to ask for more bread ,coffee and water at breakfast even though it seemed the hotel was far from fully booked , I would recommend to eat out , hotel not to a very clean standard , all the hotels I have stayed in over the years the staff have always tried to make it a pleasant stay , unfortunately this hotel fell way short of the mark
