Great central location.

Breakfast wasn’t that great and the breakfast room is small.

Great location. A wonderful bed. My room had a fireplace in a separate sitting area from the bed. This would be magnificent in the winter.

Room was looking a little tired, in need of a refresh, e.g painting and a couple of lights not working. No bar fridge in the room? Nitpicking, but no rubbish bin in the bathroom.

The breakfast buffet was lovely and nutritious, the staff were friendly if sometimes seemingly a bit overwhelmed by the many coffee/tea and egg orders by the various guests. The location is lovely, right in the middle of town.

There was no WiFi in my room and they could not fix the problem in five days. I was told I could sit in the breakfast room when I needed WiFi but as I was travelling with my baby, leaving them (sleeping) alone in the room to use the WiFi downstairs was not an option. When we arrived the hand soap in the bathroom was missing but was quickly replaced once we told reception. The breakfast buffet was lovely, even if the servers seemed sometimes a bit overwhelmed (forgotten coffee/tea orders, no swift serving) and there was one morning where there was no space to eat so we had to wait, even though we were asked which breakfast shift we wanted (to ensure there was space...). I was staying in a carpeted room where some heart-shaped confetti and parts of a plastic tag were not properly hoovered up. Not a huge deal per se but my baby was crawling on the floor and "discovered" the plastic tag sticking to the carpet. The cleaning staff also took a washcloth of ours to be washed and we did not get it back before we left the hotel. I can see why they took it, it was white and it was hanging in the bathroom next to the hotel's towels. And again, not a big deal per se as it wasn't a favourite washcloth or very expensive but it was another small instance where the service was not quite what I expected for the price I paid for the stay.

Wonderful large room with an extremely comfortable bed. Everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and cooked fresh. Will definitely be staying again.

The location is perfect. The stull was very friendly.

The shower (bath room) is too dark. Not so much organized , the system did not work when we checked in. The payment machine did not work when we checked out. The room looks nice but quit a lot of dust. The top of the wall for the TV is totally white from the dust. The top of the coffee machine was full of dust as well.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable.

We stayed in the Long Island room and it was beautiful. Very charming, spacious, clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing and pleasant stay. Everything was in great conditions.
