The cost of parking was 45 euros a night . I feel that the hotel should charge a minimal amount as you are paying a premium price for the hotel .

Beautiful hotel, not far to walk to the old town area. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The air con was a bonus as it was sweltering hot when we were there. Beautiful meal in the restaurant as well.

Beautiful, spacious room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Extremely friendly and attentive staff gave great recommendations for sightseeing and meals. The chocolate they leave in your bedroom is incredible. We had the pleasure of speaking with the person who buys the chocolate for the hotel and he told us a wonderful story about him and his wife, where they get the chocolate, how they used to package it by hand. He even went out of his way to get us extra. These small details and experiences make all the difference. Also, the pool and sauna were such a treat and the end of a long day of sightseeing.

The whole building is very stylishly decorated and designed. Really appreciated the mix of old architecture and modern interior. Stylish room. Very modern bathroom. And super conveniently located. Downtown Ghent in short walking distance.

The location is absolutely perfect - right by the old town and really quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - loads of vegan options. I definitely recommend booking dinner in Lof - one of the best meals I ever had.

We stayed in room 443 which has a balcony. The screen between our balcony and 441 was broken and banged through the whole first night disrupting our sleep. We reported it the following morning but it was never fixed and there was no follow up. For such a nice hotel this was extremely disappointing. The towels were also changed every day which is completely wasteful and it would be nice to see a better policy implemented on this, similar to the majority of other hotels nowadays.
