From entering the hotel we were made to feel so welcome as the receptionist and all the staff were so nice and extremely helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with the addition of a balcony and lovely sea view, Location was right in the centre of Argostoli close to everything. Excellent hotel and will definitely be returning as we visit Kefalonia regularly.

My husband and son missed a savoury breakfast but I think it is caused by a cultural difference. So I cannot blame the hotel.

The room was really lovely, breakfast was very good with lots on offer. All staff friendly and polite, would definitely return another time.

Booked a corner suite with Bath, only to find it was a very small bath with no plug. Said all the rooms had very small baths only. On last day peeked into another room where there was a full sized bath so not sure why we were lied too

the sheets dont fit on the bed, I complained about it as we landed up sleeping on the actual mattress and not the bed sheet, they went and got another sheet that didnt fit on the bed again!! the street is noisy at night which kept waking us up. there is no parking close to the hotel, we parked miles away from the hotel. breakfast was nothing special

Excellent clean hotel in a good location with a great breakfast.

Unfortunately it was the little things that made it not value for money. The air conditioner was noisy at times, the TV didn’t work and we had to ask for the shower gel to be replenished.

Great hotel, in the center. The people working there are very nice. The rooms are clean, modern and lovely. I highly recommend this place.

We booked this hotel last minute as we had a late flight back to UK, upon arrival the receptionist immediately upgraded our room at no extra cost, it was a very large attic room which was fitted out to a very high spec. We had two balconies, one which looked at the marina the other across the town. It's location at the corner of the main square is ideal, there are so many restaurants and places to eat, on our evening there was dancing in the square with music, it was a delight to be part of it. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had breakfast served in the dining area or you could go outside if you prefer. The beds were extremely comfortable and a goods nights rest was had by all. There was a mini fridge in the room which contained water, and complimentary wine on the table, everything was extremely well thought out.

Can't fault anything.
