Noises from other guests late at night and again very early in the morning. Was unable to contact anyone prior to request a slightly earlier check in time.

Location is good! We really like the interior design of the room and whole building!!

The noise from other residents since the building is quite old and we heard children running along the corridor in the early morning.

the property was old and quirky with character and our room The Merlot as well as a bed and private shower we also had accesss to the lounge , kitchen and a courtyard which was great and the check in was so easy and the location central to get to Maragret River town and also had a great Pizzeria attached to the hotel

Our room was tiny and very dark - Merlot room, we didn’t enjoy staying in it.

Great Central location, nice room with great facilities.

Noise all night from laundry

Very cozy. Central location. Self-contained with everything you need. Lovely little outdoor seating area. Also very quiet even though it’s central.

Only challenge was that the heater was in the kitchen, which is walled off from the lounge and bedroom, so it took a while for any warmth to travel through. This can’t be helped due to the design of the cabin but something to be aware of.

Friendly helpful reception on booking in. No fuss parking. Walking distance to fine eating. The room even had a bath. Loved the bath.

No complaint about anything.

A beautiful heritage building - lovely to see everything in the room, the hall and lounge area still had all the old features as well as the necessary facilities. Bed quite comfy so slept well.

The only minor thing was there wasn't anything to sit my bags on apart from the floor - maybe a bench in the "dressing room" would have been handy.

too noisy. lack of parking. trip hazards on uneven floors. fridge outside. jug outside. lack of storage room 3. no privacy in bathroom rm 3. toilet in rm 2 kept dripping. tap leaking in rm 2. shower tiles coming off in rm 2. common room not adequate.

Quirky place with history. Cosy. Fabulous restaurant next door La Scarpetta.

lounge and kitchen area was in a public area rather than exclusive. A bigger range of kitchen utensils and saucepans would have been useful! Sharp knife, small saucepan and colander at least!

The only redeeming feature was the lovely lady at reception who even loaned me a heater because the airconditioning wouldn’t work.

Maintenance appalling - nothing worked from the Airconditioning, dripping taps, couch falling apart and the vinyl peeling. Dusty lace curtains, noise from outside heard clearly, carpets old and dirty and I could go on. There is old and run down and then there is old and well maintained. Unfortunately this place is the first scenario and quite frankly it is ready to be demolished.
