Pool
No seafood on the main buffet, u have to pay extra for it. All inclusive only serves cocktails ( mixed with local alcohol brands ) u have to pay extra for a beer or a good brand drink .
. No notice was given about the ongoing 3 day wedding ( noisy)

Attitude of the staff, the friendliness and dedication of the employees, the cleanliness in the hotel.
My rating for the hotel is 5, which is formed from the 10 for the attitude of the staff, the friendliness and dedication of the employees, the cleanliness in the hotel, and then for the policy of the hotel's management (which has been discussed in the reviews for years) in the matter of weddings, which we rate with 1.
This would be a great hotel at the ocean if all guests were not forced to take part in Indian weddings (no one warns about those when booking). During our 9 night stay we had 2 of those, so a total of 6 days. It's not just an event with around 120 guests each, it's far more - the everyday life of the hotel is subject to this wedding. Wedding guests put a stamp on everyday life - other guests are moved to the sides of the beach to ensure the wedding party's access to the ocean, music is played for the event, hotel areas are closed for the wedding event, Indian food dominates in All Inclusive meals (it wasn’t meant for our European stomachs). In short, it is your own fault that you are in a hotel when an Indian wedding is taking place there. Also, the guests of the wedding themselves behave as if the hotel belongs to them, which created conflict situations (e.g. while we were swimming they took away our towels from sunbeds because they wanted to sleep there, they try to push you aside instead of waiting in queue for meal).
After the last wedding, a large group of Swedish students arrived at the hotel. The hotel completely changed - it became lively, moving, active, a place where it is a real pleasure to be.
My summary - if you like Indian weddings or are lucky enough to be in a hotel when there are no wedding, this will be a good choice.

The location is great.
The staff are not friendly at all especially to fellow kenyans.
4.5
The overall location is gorgeous. Ocean facing and stunning.
The wifi was an issue. Please improve it. Especially in the rooms the connections were poor.
And the food buffet was yummy and had a huge range but mostly Indian flavors . It would be nice if you included Asian, Mediterranean and something besides just Pasta for Italian cuisine.

The beach access and vegetarian options at the buffet were great
1. The service was extremely poor. Had to keep on calling the housekeeping for towels, etc. the restaurant service was also below average. They were understaffed.
2. The bathroom was smelling and quite small. Nobody came to clean it up despite multiple calls
3. The rooms are basic and small. Not at all value for money. The water bottles in the room weren’t replenished on time.
There was a wedding going on which meant there were too many people at the property with a lot of chaos. They should’ve ideally informed us before hand as there was loud music and delay in services.
It’s a budget property at best but they charge like a 5 star!! Wouldn’t recommend at all for the kind of price we paid.

The staff were very helpful and paid attention to detail. My mother does not drink sugar for instance they made sure she had fresh natural juice throughout our stay. It’s the little things that count. Julius ensured that all requests were met and acted upon immediately.
There was a variety of food and I was very nice seeing a variety of continental food like brown millet, cassava and the like.
Juma who was responsible for cleaning our room did an excellent job.
Most importantly the staff appeared to enjoy working there. They were alway singing, dancing there was never a dull moment with them. All thanks to the General manager.

The hotel was pretty average. Food wasn't great and not much variation. Biggest issue was the evening entertainment. We were expecting to have a relaxing stay to recharge a little bit but the entertainment was unbelievably loud until 11pm every night and sometimes 12. I wouldn't recommend.
5.0
The pool and the size of the room.
No slippers and the locking of the only dining room door towards the rooms that has a ramp.

Rooms and staff
The food was all indian. Every dish was indian dish.

The facility is very well designed. The rooms are quite spacious with enough storage and a nicely sized bed. The swimming pool is awesome. With that size, it doesn't matter how many people the hotel hosts. There is always space for everyone. The restaurants are terrific. A very wide range of meals with a barbecue and Italian choice on the side. They also tirelessly prepared food for my 8months baby.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Swimming pool was excellent
Smell of raw sewer near to accommodation.
My toilet flush didn't work on the day we arrived. Shower floor flooded

The staff here were exceptional! Particularly Defence (who was kind enough to show me what I could eat as i'm dairy intolerant), Miriam, Josphat, Walter, Rebecca and all the reception, guest relations and kitchen staff. I really do believe the staff here made our holiday. It was so nice to be greeted every morning and throughout the day with friendliness and the food was also very good!
We believe the hotel could be improved with more mosquito / insect control in the restaurant particularly where the fruit is. Would be good to cover this up.

staff
the bedsheets and the towels were and and some of the worm out towels were disappointing

Great position on the beach and really friendly staff. Super pool and bistro dining
The guest entertainment after dinner ends (9.30pm) is really loud and most guests that I met resigned themselves to no sleep before 11.00pm. There was a function on the beach on the Saturday night and the volumn of the music was unbelievable throughout the resort. Ideally function areas should be well away from the rooms but the layout of the resort does not enable that.
Provided there was no function booked - I would stay again

The staff was amazing! They were friendly, always smiling, kind and very helpful
I don't like the fact that there was just similar buffet every day. To eat at the Italian and Barbecue restaurant you are expected to book in advance (a day before). Which takes the vacation mood because you don't know what type of food you are craving for until the moment itself.
I travelled with my son who is an infant, I was told to tell every time in advance (not telling once in advance) for his meal. And I kept doing that but it was like they always missing out an ingredient to make his food. They keep saying, oh we don't have avocado today, oh we don't have Banana today blah blah. He ate just anything they could have rather than the things he needs and used to.
The other issue was room services, as we were an all inclusive guests we paid for food in advance but my infant son was sleeping in different times because of the change of weather so we asked them if they could bring as a plate from the buffet, which we were told that we need to pay for both the food and the delivery not just the room service.
Anyways It is a very beautiful resort and the staff was wonderful but the rules weren't comfortable for parents like me. I looked forward to this trip because I had a very very bad year so I was hoping to relax a bit but it was just not what I hoped for.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the ocean view room we stayed in was lovely, overlooking the ocean so you can catch the gorgeous Diani sunrises!
The pools were clean, food was fresh and exceptional over every service, I highly recommend the breakfast in the pool offer for couples, it costs an extra USD 80 but great value for money as it was memorable and fun having floating breakfast in the pool.
Lots of activities to engage in on the beach as well, never a full moment.
All in all a wonderful and picturesque stay.

The manager was sorry we did not have a nice stay and paid us back the rest of the nights so we could stay at another hotel.
Not a place to relax, it's more of a wedding venue than a beach hotel. The staff prioritize the wedding and not the hotel guests. Unless you are going for a wedding, it's hard to have a good time. Loud music until late night right in the middle of the hotel so no sleeping until 11 o'clock. Needs to improve the hygiene at the restaurant and rooms. A few rude staff.
2.5
What we liked was the friendliness of the staff, and also the check in was easy as we did not have to wait to long.
Also, the general surrounding of the main areas was nice and clean.
Very easy access to surrounding shops and supermarkets as taxi services are always available morning and night.
The menu could have been much more of a variety instead of the same Indian menu daily in the main restaurant. Although they do have a grill and Italian restaurant, could do with some improvement on the menu.
The entertainment in the evening seems to be more biased towards the Indian community as well, with very little music or themes for other communities.
Mosquitoes in the room were a pest, no nets provided over the bed. We had a hard time sleeping due to the mosquitoes in the room.

Staff were generally friendly and efficient, pool was generally fine (a little murky for my taste but not terrible), location is great but any hotel right on Diani beach offers the same gorgeous beach.
Pretty low quality food (including their 'a la carte restaurants' which were basically the buffet food repackaged and slightly less bad), cocktails were pretty terrible (warm and watery) and only include the cheapest locally made alcohol, juices at the buffet were fake (made from flavouring packets maybe?) and had a lot added sugar which is a shame since local fresh fruits are so affordable, towels were very old and rough, pillows old and lumpy, literally *no* decor in the rooms (not even a basic bedside rug or a piece of art). Hotel needs to be updated/upgraded, feels like it's from 2003, and overall value for money just isn't there when compared with other similar properties.

Everything is perfect. Food entertainment rooms simply perfect
4.5
Really superb ambience, full clean and hygiene rooms ..dedicated staff, food, and entertainment.
I need reception and guest relations should be more professional. We had small hiccup while checking in.. but after an hour all were sorted.
