chambre correcte, salle de bain de belle surface terrasse repas sur place plage à proximité navette pour l'aéroport au retour amabilité du personnel à la réception, entrée du restaurant, femmes de chambres le parc bien entretenu

chambre un peu exiguë sans possibilité de s'asseoir ailleurs que sur le lit ou un pouf, ou éventuellement sur la terrasse si la température le permettait poser deux valises relève du Tétris ne pas avoir une serviette pour s'éponger les cheveux devoir monter soi même ses bagages au 2 ième étage (étant séniors nous aurions apprécié une petite aide) desserts pour la plupart "préfabriqués" et certaines réflexions de certaines personnes au service au buffet le verre de vin imposé au diner je n'ai trouvé que de l'eau plate au restaurant mais peut être ai-je mal regardé ?

Except the view , nothing !

Room smells very bad. A lot of humidity. Check out at 10 A.M. !! Bad breakfast. I am sorry but not worth a three star ! It seems that because i took only 1 night i got probably the badest room of the Hotel !

Many programs and location Beach is very convenient and they provide beds and umbrellas

The room needs more electrical outlets. In the bathrooms, more towels and toilet-paper

AC in the room was working perfectly. Dinners were good, great selection, lots of healthy options - veggies, salad. Restaurant housekeeping staff were very nice. rooms clean, with balcony. pool was very nice

1) Noise from discos around the hotel was terrible! 4 out of our 6 nights in the hotel were sleepless due to loud music till 6am. (the other 2 nights were stormy so I guess this is why clubs were closed) they should at least provide an ear plugs, and consider soundproofing rooms.. 2) staff barely speaks english so it was difficult to communicate. I asked staff at their tourist office to help me book a tour, as tour they offered was sold out. They refused to help me, and were talking and laughing in french behind desk, knowing I cannot understand- very rude. 3) breakfast selection was very poor if you don’t or can’t eat sweet breakfast. sometimes there was a tomato, but no other veggies. no oats or nuts. 4) no fridge in the room, I booked double room and we’ve got a room with 2 single beds 5) at the check in we were only told what time meals are served. no other info. I would expect to be told about their entertainment, eg. tennis, aqua classes etc.. if they don’t speak english they should at least have a leaflet in english that they could share with us. in my opinion this isn’t a foreign- friendly hotel. This is a nice hotel with a lot of entertainment ONLY IF you are French (or speaking French) family with kids and grandparents. if you’re not, then you should consider another hotels

Good service from well organized staff. Location at the beach with a nice big pool is perfect. Shops and restaurants in walking distance.

The noise from the bar opposite to the hotel (it was not every evening, but when active it is very loud until 2.00), especially if you have a room on the main street side of the building.
