Clean apartment. Ok neighborhood. Good communication with owner. Kitchen could use some additional items like salt and pepper along with a cake pan.

We stayed in this apartment in preparation for Burning Man. We had a relaxed stay - the apartment has everything you need and conveniently located. We'd be down to book again!

Place was perfect for our family and two children. Nicely decorated, newer, bedrooms were cozy, nice big bathroom, large capacity washing machine, flatscreens in all the bedrooms and living area. The A/C was awesome!!!! We had our own parking space close to the doorway so we didn't have to go far to bring in our luggage.

We were in town for a concert and needed somewhere to stay for one night. This 2 bedroom apartment in Sparks was perfect for our needs. It was well kept and as described. Working with Tori was easy and quick. I would highly recommend this apartment to those looking for a quiet and clean place to stay in Reno.

Only a two minute drive to Nugget Casino. TV in each room was really nice to have. Good Wi-Fi. Didn't get door access code until a couple hours before check in.

Property was easy to find, comfortable, very nice neighbor, great beds! Tori was great, check in and out was super easy. Fit our needs perfect, only a few minutes from our classroom venue. Would stay here again for sure!

The unit was looked very clean, organized with everything you need, I love the dog bed my dog enjoy it, we keep it clean because it’s nice been on a clean place, they have board games, also some basic groceries, the location is great, we take short trips to stores, restaurants and shopping, definitely we’ll come back

the house is clean and big. I am satisfied. but my friend said the upstair is noisy when walking or washing.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while celebrating our parents 60th! We were comfortable and the place was centrally located perfect for us!

This property was perfect for our group, we had 6 people and brought our own air mattress but they also had one if we needed. It’s in a great location and walking distance to quite a few place to eat and drink. It was quiet and nice that they provide a parking space that is right outside the unit. We felt safe in the neighborhood and even walked our dog at night with no issues.

Instead of a hotel, we decided to stay at this apartment offered on Vrbo through Expedia. The owner/manager was excellent in responding to communication. The apartment is very spacious and everything is provided. It felt like living at a home away from home.

Let me start with Tori was so pleasant to deal with from booking, questions, check in and check out, she made the process very easy. My husband and I were going to an event at the Nugget and WOW this spot is in the perfect location. You literally walk to the end of the block and we were there. No trying to find parking, rush of crowds. I did not realize how close this spot was to a bunch of great spots in Sparks. Tori provided everything we needed along with some extra touches (you'll have to find out for yourself what they were). Place is very spacious, parking right out front, super clean and very quiet considering main streets and Casino is very close. So many places to go in walking distance and Midtown District is about 10-15 min drive and there is so many great restaurants and art up and down S Virginia St, there is also a park that goes for miles along the river that is so peaceful and beautiful. We are from San Diego but travel all over to go to different events and we will definitely be back and my 1st choice will be Tori's spot!!!!! Thanks again Tori for allowing us to have such a great spot to call home base for 4 days...

Located in an ideal area. Condo was clean and the owner accommodated our addition of another person with a queen size blow up mattress. Has about everything you need.
