Beds too soft the room was outdated needed a refresher look

Exceptional service.The gentleman at service desk has exceptional customer service , helpful,friendly,chatty. He was informative being a public holiday. Location Convenient,very clean.

Bathroom door has no privacy . Especially when using the toilet.

Our room had a set of internal stairs which wasn’t shown in the photos when booking. We had purposefully booked a single-story apartment due to having a 14m old baby and not wanting the danger of stairs and therefore this was disappointing. The kitchen facilities were fairly old and basic - there wasn’t even a toaster to use.

Property was easy to find. It was clean and well kept.

Over all our room was great, plenty of space, the bed was comfortable.

Upon checking in, before we used our bathroom I found the drain in the hand basin full of hair, very disgusting to find and even on the second day after housekeeping had been the hair was still there. I did not remove the hair, it wasn't mine and I don't expect to have to clean the bathroom in my room before I use it when I am paying over $500 for two nights accomodation. Also I tried to use the iron in this room, you may want to inspect it, it doesn't hold water, has a leak in it, I wasn't that fazed by the iron, however the bathroom was a big disappointment.

The location was great and walking distance to eateries. Our room was comfortable too.

Room was nice roomy and faced the river

Footy players in next room were a bit rowdy

OK. comfortable bed. good for parking and access to river frontage. good Pub food over the road

costly meals. lack of easily accessible power points in room. no small table & chairs.
